Connection with the Universe (Intensive)
Day 1. — I relaxed and attuned myself to the practice, feeling my body pressing downward, obeying the powerful force of gravity pulling it toward the Earth. This was not the first time I had felt it. I often fly in my dreams, having taken control of this force. To do this in a dream, it is enough simply to exhale all the air, stop breathing, and, as it were, begin rhythmically pulling all the internal organs and bodily systems upward (similar to
Kapalabhati), let go of all fears and doubts, and then start jumping in that state. This is how I take off in my dreams from the very first jump, or after jumping a little, pushing off from the Earth's surface like a rubber ball. I used to have to jump for longer, but later I learned to take off from the first jump. Because of this frequent practice in dreams (it turns out that my soul is engaging in this kind of game-development in the astral body), I began to wonder: how can there be such a thing as the levitation of a solid material body? People talk about it for some reason; it cannot be for nothing—there must be something to it. In connection with this, I began to feel my coarse physical body, how heavy it is and what a powerful force its attraction to the Earth is. During the practice, I once again paid attention to this powerful force and gave myself the intention to feel it as subtly as possible. I felt myself literally being pressed into the car seat, as if an immensely strong magnet were inexorably pulling me down. These were very unusual sensations.
Day 2. — I observed the houseplants in my apartment and how much they love consuming the Sun's energy, while most of them cannot live without it. I stood and walked beneath the Sun. Its energy was gentle, soft, and incredibly pleasant; it enveloped me in its warmth. I unexpectedly saw sunlight in a very original way—as foam rising in a pot of boiling rice. It spread around me in light-golden circles with rainbow iridescence, also penetrating inside my body through my skin. It was like bathing in it. Just think: Its energy is so powerful that it spreads across 150 million km and directly influences practically everyone and everything, as well as all the processes taking place on Earth—this is normal for it and nothing unusual. I might be able to live for decades somewhere in an underground bunker, where Its influence would not be so direct, but when this star's rays touch my body directly, it is an incomparable pleasure, and so many positive things happen within me at that very moment, throughout my entire organism—even certain hormones associated with joy are released in huge quantities.
Day 3. — It was interesting to think along the lines that nature is arranged so that my life in a physical body is possible only thanks to the Sun's energy, because plants absorb the Sun's energy, develop through it, and give back the Sun's energy in the form of the substance I need for breathing. I and all living things on Earth have a deep connection with the Sun. “I breathe you”—this is about the Sun. We breathe the Sun's energy.
Day 4. — I had never thought before that my body contains atoms from other planets. They are only tiny atoms, but there is something to it. And indeed, why not think about it? It makes the planets more interesting. What kind of planets are these, whose atoms are contained within me, and what does it mean for me that they are contained within me?
Day 5. — I watched the film “The Earth Does Not Revolve Around the Sun” sometime around 2014–2015; I googled the Solar System, and the video happened to come up. I am not an astronomer, but I found it quite convincing. I have now watched the other suggested videos as well—for the first time. It is all quite amazing, of course. It is interesting to reflect that who we are now is the result of an immense Universal Path of Life. This understanding elevates and enriches human life—one's own and everyone's.
