Thank you, OM Shanti, for the Golden Meditations.
Yesterday evening, during a KAY session, I saw Golden Deities in a vision. They stood one behind another, glowing. And you sent the Golden Meditations. I only saw them today, though.
I did the “Golden Buddha” meditation. Incredible! Energy moves through the body. Squares with Buddhas revolved counterclockwise around the main Buddha. The lotus grew larger and revolved clockwise. First pink, then golden. I got goosebumps several times. And at the end, a powerful flow began. It is an incredible feeling!

I have been doing this meditation for two days.
It relaxes me very well and creates a sense of expansion in my chest. There is also a very noticeable feeling of pressure and burning in the centers of my palms.
An extraordinary combination of expansion and relaxation; my chest feels so full that it seems my collarbones are protruding.
The space around me becomes denser.
I really enjoyed the meditation and the state it creates.

I really enjoyed the "White Lotus" meditation! First of all, because it is short and can be done in the morning, when there isn't much time (I leave all meditations lasting more than 15 minutes for the evening, and if I'm tired after the day, I don't always manage to fully experience them because I fall asleep). Secondly, when I immersed myself in the images of the meditation, I suddenly remembered today's dream, in which I was sitting in exactly the same way, bathed from head to toe in sunlight, in the same pose, and even holding my phone in exactly the same way, turned horizontally with the screen facing down (although I almost never turn it over). In the dream, however, there was a field of young green grass instead of a crystal-clear lake and a white lotus. But the feeling that I was absorbing light and that the sun was filling everything around me with energy (both my pose and the position of the phone in my hands) was exactly the same. So you could say that the dream was prophetic in a way
And thirdly, after this short meditation, I was left with a feeling of fullness and purity—very pleasant, beautiful, and bright! I will try to preserve it throughout the day

I liked the second meditation too. White Lotus. Gentle. Energy flowed from above and below. A feeling of freshness. I even felt as if the Teacher was watching lovingly from above, slightly to the side.
The Mountain Lake meditation. This meditation became the closest to me. Everything comes alive—the mountains and the lake, and the scent of greenery and flowers! An indescribable experience. Everything really did get colder , but after a while my body temperature returned to normal. I felt uplifted inside.
