Straight and Aligned Back Intensive

Good day! The intensive continues. A straight back and palms parallel to the body. I walked for an hour—the golden hour.
And what a wonderful sea. It’s absolutely wonderful. I thank the Teacher for this intensive. Every time I straighten my back, I remember and give thanks. As they say, everything ingenious is simple.

Good afternoon! Apparently, I’m the only one still continuing with the intensive course)) Straight back!!! There’s a significant change in atmospheric pressure today. It’s rather difficult. I walked for an hour and swam for an hour. Came back home, and my body is asking for rest.))) My back is straight now, always. That makes me happy—I walk around smiling with pleasure.

I walked for an hour, combining the “Straight Back” intensive with the “Three Stages of Love.” I also swam for an hour. There are almost no people in the sea; only a few still go in.

Good morning! The intensive continues. Yesterday I didn’t have a chance to go for a walk, but today I walked for an hour with a straight back. And I spent almost an hour and a half in the sea. They promised rain all day, but there still hasn’t been any. It was cloudy in the morning, but now the sun is shining, although the humidity is high. I had such a good walk)))
