It seems that during the “holidays” I experienced a sanogenesis reaction (it seems very likely, especially with the jump in CP), accompanied by a high temperature. I recovered after 4 days.
I unearthed a book by a student of K. P. Buteyko, S. Altukhov, from my stockpile (from a group purchase at the First Ashram). Back then, I read only the first volume. Now I am rereading everything. I am also reviewing everything available for free on YouTube from the Students. I intend to enroll in training with an instructor.
I am learning Exercise 1A.
