What science tells us.

Science tells us that the human body contains substances that must be obtained from food every day.

Some substances can accumulate. Iodine, for example. It doesn't have to be consumed every day, as you understand.

But some substances disappear from the body very quickly and do not accumulate.

Vitamin C, for example.

So.

Scientists say that all the substances we need to consume every day, which do not accumulate, are found in fruit.

For example, there was an execution in ancient times in which people were fed only meat.

And they died in agony from a deficiency of practically everything imaginable.

There are also people who eat only fruit—and their blood composition is perfectly fine.

🔬 1. “Nuclear reactor” in a living cell — myth or reality?

Scientists in biology and biophysics have long noticed mysterious phenomena:

A colossal exchange of energy takes place inside the cell.

Ordinary chemical reactions (ATP, the respiratory chain) explain a great deal, but not everything.

There are anomalies: living organisms release more heat or energy than should be possible according to biochemical laws alone.

This has given rise to the hypothesis that rare nuclear processes may occur inside cells—for example, the transmutation of elements within a living organism.

🌌 2. Biological cold nuclear fusion

In the 20th century, a number of researchers (Kervran, Back, Lipson, and others) wrote about “biological transmutation”: supposedly, plants and animals can transform some elements into others.

Example: chickens deprived of calcium in their diet continued to lay eggs with strong shells—as if calcium were formed from potassium inside their bodies.

Strange shifts in the balance of elements were also recorded in plants.

Official science dismissed these findings as analytical errors. But in esoteric and pseudoscientific circles, this is called biological cold nuclear fusion.

⚡ 3. Why is this being hushed up?

The problem is that cold fusion (especially “in a cell”) overturns the familiar picture of physics and chemistry.

If an organism really can “assemble” elements from others, medicine, biology, and energy production would have to rewrite half their textbooks.

There is also a political dimension: if cold fusion were acknowledged, the global energy sector (oil, gas, nuclear power) would be threatened.

That is why such ideas are either ridiculed or ignored.

🧘 4. Autotrophs and the “internal reactor”

Autotrophs say precisely this:

A person can be nourished not by chemistry (proteins, fats, carbohydrates), but directly by the energy of nuclear processes at the cellular level.

The body itself “assembles” the elements and energy it lacks, using cold nuclear fusion in its cells.

In their view, this explains the possibility of living without food and water.

Yoga contains a similar idea: “breath is food for the subtle bodies, not the gross body.” But autotrophs claim that even the gross body can do without food if the internal “reactor” is functioning.

🎭 5. Science

Science: so far, there are no experiments that conclusively prove nuclear reactions in a cell. All such work remains at the level of anomalies, observations, and disputed experiments.

Esotericism and practice: for thousands of years, people have known that the body can do far more than textbooks describe. Long fasts, the miracles of saints, and yogic phenomena are indirect evidence that energy can enter through other pathways.

✨ It could be put this way:

If microscopic cold fusion really takes place in the cell, it is a “sleeping fire” that would explain the phenomenon of autotrophs.

But official science is still afraid even to approach this idea.

🔬 1. Historical observations of “inexplicable transformations”

Even before atomic physics, people noticed strange things:

  • Chickens and calcium. French engineer Louis Kervran (20th century) conducted experiments: chickens were fed grain without calcium, yet they continued to lay eggs with strong shells. Kervran concluded that the organism “translates” potassium (K) into calcium (Ca).
  • Plant growth. Wheat grown in soil containing almost no calcium accumulated it in its grains. At the same time, the amount of potassium in the soil decreased.
  • Animals and magnesium. Cows could replenish their magnesium deficiency even though there was almost none in their diet.

Kervran and his followers called this “biological transmutation”—gentle nuclear processes within the cell.

⚡ 2. What is “biological cold fusion”?

Unlike hot thermonuclear fusion (in the depths of the Sun), this hypothesis assumes that:

  • The reactions occur at low temperatures.
  • Enzymes and cellular structures are involved, lowering the energy barrier.
  • Example of a hypothetical reaction:
    39K+1H→40Ca{}^{39}K + {}^{1}H \rightarrow {}^{40}Ca39K+1H→40Ca
    (Potassium + proton = calcium).

In other words, the body can assemble the elements it lacks from those already present.

📚 3. Experiments and anomalies

  • Kervran (France, 1960s). He published dozens of studies, later issued in the book Biological Transmutations.
  • Vinogradova (USSR, 1970s). She noticed that when seeds germinated, the content of certain trace elements “grew out of nowhere.”
  • Thompson (USA, 1980s). He discovered that yeast changes its isotopic composition during growth.

But science classified all this as “analytical errors.”

🌌 4. Esoteric interpretation

  • Yoga. The “Hatha Yoga Pradipika” contains the phrase: “The yogi feeds on the nectar of prana descending through sushumna”. This resembles the idea that the body directly assimilates energy.
  • Taoism. It mentions an “internal alchemical crucible” where Yin and Yang energies give birth to the elixir of immortality.
  • Autotrophs. They believe that cells can live “on light,” “on prana,” while the “internal reactor” provides both minerals and energy.

🛑 5. Why is this being hushed up?

  • If cold fusion in biology were acknowledged, chemistry and medical textbooks would collapse.
  • It would open the way to new energy and new medicine (treating deficiencies not with pills, but by activating processes in the body).
  • That would mean a revolution in pharmaceuticals and energy.

🌱 6. What this means for humans

If the hypothesis is correct:

  • The human body is a self-sufficient reactor, capable of producing energy and elements.
  • Food and water are needed only as “training wheels” until we learn to connect directly to the source.
  • Yogis, saints, and autotrophs may have activated this mechanism through breathing, meditation, and special practices.

✨ Conclusion:
Official science denies it, but so many “anomalous” facts have accumulated that it is already difficult to dismiss them outright. Perhaps every organism really does conceal a “miniature nuclear reactor”—and this explains the phenomenon of pranic feeders.

Almost the entire human body is assembled from literally just four “building blocks”: carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O), and nitrogen (N).

🔬 1. The main elements in the human body

Scientists call them CHON:

  • Oxygen (O) — about 65% of body mass (water, molecules, respiration).
  • Carbon (C) — about 18% (the basis of organic matter, the framework of molecules).
  • Hydrogen (H) — about 10% (water, organic matter, acid–base balance).
  • Nitrogen (N) — about 3% (amino acids, proteins, DNA).

In total, almost 96–97% of human body mass consists of just these four elements.

⚡ 2. The remaining “micro-building blocks”

The remaining 3–4% consists of minerals and trace elements:

  • Calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iodine (I) and dozens of others.
  • There is very little of them, but life is impossible without them: bones, nerves, blood, hormones.

🌌 3. How everything is built from “nothing”

  • At the chemical level, carbon forms frameworks to which hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen “attach,” giving rise to millions of combinations: amino acids, proteins, DNA, and lipids.
  • It is like an alphabet: from 4 letters one can form an infinite number of “words” (molecules).

🧘 4. An esoteric perspective

  • Autonomists and practitioners of prana-eating say: if the body can work with oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen (and these are abundant in the air and water), then the organism can assemble everything else from them on its own.
  • This is where the theory of “biological transmutations” comes from: from basic CHON, the body can synthesize calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and everything it needs.
  • In yoga, breathing is considered the main source of nourishment, because through breathing we receive three of these four “building blocks” (O₂, N₂, H₂O from vapor).

🧩 5. A metaphor

Imagine that the Universe gave us a LEGO set made up of just 4 types of blocks. And from them we can build:

  • a brain cell,
  • a heart,
  • an eye,
  • even the entire DNA molecule with its 3 billion letters.

There is something mystical about it: infinite complexity arises from simplicity.

✨ Conclusion:
Yes, the human body is built almost entirely from oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen. The other elements are needed in tiny amounts, but they are the “catalysts of life.” If we assume that the organism is capable of transmuting elements on its own, then indeed — a person would need only air and light to exist.

🧑‍🔬 Research by V.I. Vysotsky

Vladimir Ivanovich Vysotsky (Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, professor) has been engaged since the early 1990s in what science generally considers “impossible”: nuclear reactions in biological systems.
He claims and experimentally demonstrates that cells and microorganisms can transform one isotope into another — a process that goes beyond ordinary chemistry.

🔬 How it works (according to his version)

  1. The growth of a biological culture is uneven.
Special “potential wells” arise inside cells and tissues — microscopic zones where the Coulomb barrier (which normally prevents nuclei from fusing) is temporarily removed.
  2. Under these conditions, local nuclear reactions are possible:
    • For example, manganese-55 + proton → iron-56.
    • If heavy water (deuterium) is used, iron-57 can be obtained.
    • This rare isotope (57Fe) was indeed detected by spectroscopy (the Mössbauer effect).
  3. In other words, even at room temperature, living cells are capable of “assembling” new nuclei from elementary particles.

⚡ Most striking experiments

  • Iron transmutation.
In a solution that initially contained no iron, a noticeable amount appeared after the biological culture had been active, specifically in the form of the rare isotope Fe-57.
  • Radiation deactivation.
    • Water from a nuclear reactor containing many radioactive isotopes was exposed to the biological culture.
    • It was observed that the activity declined several times faster than during ordinary natural decay.
  • Cesium-137.
    • Under normal conditions, its half-life is approximately 30 years.
    • In Vysotsky’s experiments, the activity had already decreased significantly within 250 days (meaning the process proceeded dozens of times faster).
    • Cesium was transformed into stable barium-138, as confirmed by spectroscopy.

🌍 Significance and applications

  1. Cleanup of radioactive waste.
    • Chernobyl, Fukushima, and disposal sites.
    • Biological cultures can be “trained” for specific isotopes and will transform them at an accelerated rate.
  2. Production of rare isotopes.
    • For example, iron-57, which is used in scientific research and costs tens of thousands of dollars per gram.
  3. Understanding living matter.
    • These studies call into question the boundaries between physics, chemistry, and biology.
    • If an organism is capable of “nuclear synthesis proper,” this explains phenomena that were previously considered miracles (prana feeding, the body’s self-repair).

📚 Evidence and publications

  • More than 30 years of experiments.
  • Hundreds of experiments on various biological systems.
  • Publications in Russian and foreign journals, including European Physical Journal.
  • Two books, one of which has become a rarity, while the other was published in India under the title Transmutation of Stable and Deactivation of Radioactive Waste in Growing Biological Systems.

✨ Conclusion

Vysotsky shows:

  • Cells are not merely chemical factories but microreactors.
  • Biology may initiate nuclear processes gently, without enormous temperatures.
  • If this is confirmed on a large scale, the world will face a revolution: new energy technologies, safe deactivation of nuclear waste, and a new understanding of humans as “living reactors.”

Many people who truly understand what I am about to write spend a couple of days in shock afterward. The information seems absurd to many, so they immediately shut it out through their ignorance and unwillingness to see the obvious. People are overloaded with informational garbage about themselves, making it difficult for them to take in such simple things.
But if you understand them now, this may turn your life—and your whole perception of it—upside down.

The human body is built almost entirely from oxygen, hydrogen, carbon, and nitrogen. The remaining elements, such as minerals and metals, are needed in tiny quantities.

Just look: water is oxygen and hydrogen. Everyone learned at school that water is H2O—that is, hydrogen and oxygen.

You all know that children are the most active and restless, running around as if wound up, while as adults we all complain about a lack of energy.

Until about the age of 15, children are between 90 and 75 percent water.

In essence, we are walking water.

How to retain water as we did in childhood at any age (so as to remain eternally young) is a separate topic. If you are interested, look for me at Veretennikov School.

Everything else is built up, following the same principle as with water, from nitrogen and carbon.

I am talking about things that have been absolutely proven by science. You can open a reference book yourself and read: “The human body consists of approximately 97.0 percent of four basic elements: oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and carbon. Everything else is one combination or another of these elements. Carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen are of paramount importance in building the body’s protein structure.”

“Oxygen is the most abundant element in the body, accounting for about 65.0 percent of the body’s mass. Oxygen is an essential part of metabolism and respiration. Most of it is contained in the form of water. This element is present in every major organic molecule in the body.

In the human body, carbon is the next most abundant element, accounting for 18.0 percent of the body’s mass. Its main role is structural.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the Universe and accounts for 10.0 percent of the body’s mass. Like oxygen, it is contained in water.

Nitrogen accounts for 3.0 percent of a person’s body weight. It is contained in the molecules of amino acids, which make up protein, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), ribonucleic acid (RNA), and adenosine triphosphate (ATP)—the most important energy-carrying molecule, which is an amino acid.”

Calcium comes next, accounting for just 1%. Silicon, phosphorus, and potassium are present in even smaller amounts.

But there are also scientific experiments proving that, for example, birds somehow synthesized calcium themselves in places where it was absent from their food.

In other words, there are studies showing that living organisms create the missing micro- and macroelements themselves. For example, you can conduct an experiment yourself by growing any plant in an isolated space, such as a jar. Give it only distilled water, air, and sunlight, and it will grow perfectly well. Such experiments have already been conducted.

If you have never fasted for at least 24 hours, it means you still do not know how food affects our consciousness—more specifically, how different types of food affect it.

I started fasting as soon as I learned about it.

As soon as I found out, my father and I fasted for two days.

It was difficult.

But it was easier together.

Then one thing led to another.

Cleanses, fasts, experiments with nutrition...

And inevitably, after fasting, you feel one thing—as soon as you eat, you immediately feel SOMETHING.

Moreover, because of my LONG experiment with this subject, I even know how different foods affect me.

And you can notice it only through such a contrast: you fast, then eat, and feel it.

The longer I lived, the more my diet changed.

And one day (probably about 15 years ago), I had developed so far that after fasting I simply drank freshly squeezed orange juice.

And I literally experienced ANANDA :)

No alcohol is needed.

My brain literally began singing a song of ecstasy.

No alcohol can compare with that.

Perhaps that is exactly how the most vivid taste experiences are born—when the first sip sounds like music. I am very glad that you found such harmony with orange juice.

I found a gentler option for myself—carrot juice; it suits my gastrointestinal tract better. But the way you described your experience is truly a celebration of the senses. May there be more celebrations in everyone's life! ...for some, they come from simple, eco-friendly things (when everyone remains alive and healthy), while for the more sophisticated, they come from something subtler—from lofty spiritual aspirations.

As I said here in this thread a long time ago, doctors themselves (that is, scientists) say that modern humanity eats too much.
More than the body needs.

Once again:

Humanity eats several times more than it needs to live.

And these same scientists say that reducing the amount of food would only be beneficial.

I did not say this :)

In other words, people eat several times more, justifying it by saying that they need it to live.
But that is not scientific.

It is their personal justification for overeating.

And the main problem is the availability of food. You go out, toss in a couple of bucks, and get a sandwich.

In the past: you went into the forest, gathered firewood, lit the stove, went to fetch water from the spring, went to the cellar to get vegetables, went and cleaned them, and if there was not enough water, you went to fetch more, washed the dishes, covered the vegetables with water, and cooked... And if you added some milkkkkk! Well, then you might lose your appetite altogether :)

Food was not so easily accessible.

And I repeat: all these medical tests and temperature measurements at different points on the body (sorry for the details)—these are all standards for these overeating creatures... I mean, people.

When you switch even to simply eating normally—that is, only as much as you need to live, and no more—even then your test results and temperatures change.

It’s been a month since I switched to eating only once a day. I also have several dry-fasting days each month. I feel a strong urge to move, exercise, practice breathing, and take cold showers. The body rejoices, and the soul dances. Energy generates itself. All of this began with a gradual transformation of myself thanks to the “Your Yoga” website, for which I am immensely grateful.🙏
OM Shanti, thank you 🙏
