Last year, as always and as now, special attention was paid to such a cosmic phenomenon as the winter solstice.

December 21–25 — the Solstice and the Birth of the New Sun (Kolyada)

December 21 is the darkest and longest night of the year.
This is neither a symbol nor a metaphor — it is a real cosmic event.
At this moment, the old Sun completes its cycle, while the new one is only beginning to be born.

From December 21, the Sun “stands still” (the solstice), and then begins to grow.
It is precisely in this moment — like in a seed — that the entire potential of the coming year is contained.
Just as an infant already contains the blueprint of an entire life,
the newborn Sun contains the energy of every area of life for the coming year.

This is a time that our ancestors always considered sacred:
the time of the Sun’s birth,
when darkness is not an enemy but a Maternal space,
where new life, light, and renewal mature.

Cosmic Energy Sessions “The Birth of the Sun”​

December 21, 22, and 23 — online format (mini-webinars)

This is a return to the starting point —
to a state where energy has not yet been spent,
where a person is like a seed with full potential.

On these days, we attune ourselves to the profound cosmic process:

1. completion of the old cycle
2. cleansing from the past
3. maturation of a new energetic state
4. preparation for the birth of Light within oneself

December 25 · the 12th month · 12 o’clock — Sun Birth Puja

An individual ritual will be held for each participant—the Vedic Slavic Puja—
the ritual of the birth of the Young Sun (Kolyada),
as a symbol of light, joy, renewal, and the beginning of a new life cycle.

This Puja is a Vedic ritual performed physically in an illuminated place under the protection of the Higher Powers.

I have not conducted such Pujas for exactly one year, i.e. 12 months.

Everything can be purchased at favorable prices in my Academy: Puja

But based on previous years, I know that some people find it more convenient to purchase it here at the School.
Therefore, this option will also be available.

As always, I would like to point out that it is more advantageous for some people to purchase it at the Academy, and for others at the School. Choose whichever is more convenient for you.

For example, the Academy offers discounts and installment plans.

The School has Virt-Money, which hints at it being free...

You can sign up for the Puja right now.

Those who have been at my School for a long time already know how it works.

There are several participation options:

1. You pay only for yourself, and that's it. Then everything is simple—it is just "Puja"—https://www.youryoga.ru/school/en/account/upgrades#paket2
2. Over the years, it has become clear that most people also need to include their relatives. Usually, this means five people: yourself plus your husband/wife, mother, father, son/daughter, aunt/brother—and so on. Therefore, choose "Puja+5"—it is a very large discount.
3. If five is not enough, then choose additional packages, for example the "5000" package for seven more relatives/acquaintances (the "Puja" or "Puja+5" package must also be purchased). Or you can choose "Puja" and the "5000" package for yourself and seven relatives. Or "Puja" and the "2000" package for yourself and two relatives... In other words, you can combine them however you like.

But usually, "Puja+5" is enough in a large number of cases. THAT IS WHY I went out of my way to make this package the most advantageous and affordable.

I occasionally glanced at the time.

I also washed the fabric for the Puja yesterday.

I hung it outside.

It froze.

I remember that as a child in the North, many people would hang their clothes outside to dry in severe frost.

They would turn into brittle “paper.”

You could break off a piece.

Some children even did just that.

You could simply take a piece of someone’s sweater and break it off.

How amazing the world is: in one state, a sweater is soft and fluffy; in another, it is brittle like a piece of ice.
