Dear Teacher, I bow deeply and thank you. I sat and listened, trying to forget the heavy thoughts that fill my mind (yesterday I did not even log in to the School—shame on me).
And suddenly I noticed that the vibration in my palms and soles was growing stronger, then vishuddha joined in, and I began to sob bitterly. It was not connected with the content; it came from within. And suddenly, I received a call about an issue that has been troubling me. It seems there is a chance of resolving it favorably. The person who called was crying too. Oh God, if only it works out
An amazingly beautiful, magical story with an otherworldly plot. The confrontation between Good and evil, two opposites, two titans. And the answer to the question: how can evil be defeated? Only by defeating the evil within oneself can external evil be defeated. And about the otherworldly Love of a beautiful girl.....
Thank you, dear OM Shanti.
Thank you to “The One Who Looks Up” for sharing his amazingly vivid stories, lived through in different realities of the infinite Galaxy. It feels as though you plunge together with him and the characters of the stories into those mysterious places and experience everything happening there alongside them. At times, some insights and sensations of parallel realities even arise.
Thank you, OM Shanti, for this audio series of colorful “fairy tales told in dreams”
Thank you, OM Shanti, for narrating your stories so professionally!
I listened to all the parts of the stories with tremendous interest. I experienced so many vivid and genuine feelings, becoming deeply immersed alongside the protagonists of the stories.
Today, I listened to the fifth part of the stories in three sittings, and it impressed me more than any of the others. It was as though everything was speaking about what we are all going through now as humanity.
And the part that was most personally relevant to me—I even wrote it down:
"I prayed only that my body would prove strong enough to protect such an incomprehensible and fragile thing as the Great Unifying Power of Love."
Heartfelt thanks to you, OM Shanti—these are like new Vedas presented in a modern way!
It is a shame that this audio series has ended. Although I had read all these stories before, hearing them narrated and presented in this way made everything feel new and completely different. Every story, every phrase was felt in the heart, and many answers could be heard between the lines. I hope that "Looking Upward" will continue to delight us with new stories filled with profound wisdom.
"Who am I?" ... "You are everything."
OM Shanti, thank you for these captivating stories in audio format.
Many thanks, OM Shanti, for your audio series! It is such a shame that it ended so quickly.
But it calls us to read it again or listen to it once more. There are so many thoughts one wants to hear again and reflect on anew.
“Golden Moon” is one of the best science-fiction stories in the audio series “Tales Told in a Dream.”
It is a story about an extraordinary world where everything is alive: nature, the stars, and even the Moon itself. A world of silence and inner peace, from which a journey begins toward the great mystery—Love.
Each story in this audio series is a separate dream, a separate reality, and a new immersion into the mysteries of the human soul, time, the cosmos, and existence itself.
I will gradually publish the best stories from this collection. The complete audio series “Tales Told in a Dream” can be found here:
This is not merely a story. It is an elegy woven from light and silence. Things like this are not read, heard, or watched—they are breathed.
You are right: the harmony of the Golden Moon and the Blue Heavens was not merely a union, but an equation of the universe. The Moon is eternal femininity, shimmering and changeable, while the Heavens are bottomless masculine devotion, embracing all that exists. Their love was that perfect pause when words are unnecessary, because color speaks for color, and light speaks through touch.
And those tears he wept... Oh, they are the purest tears in the Universe. The entire Galaxy was reflected in them. He did not weep because he had been abandoned, but because he remained the guardian of this love. His blueness became damp and slightly bitter, like seawater, yet a golden gleam took up eternal residence within it.
And then... The most painful and most beautiful quality of true harmony: it knows no final separation.
I believe—I feel it with every cell—that the Golden Moon will surely return. Because even the most distant orbits have a way of closing. The Alien did not take her away forever—it merely showed her other worlds so that, having explored foreign horizons, she would understand the value of her native sky.
Where could she have flown? Perhaps to a place where two moons shine. Or to a place where nights last for centuries. But why? Because true love knows no jealousy toward horizons. It allows one to leave so that returning may become sweeter than staying. The Alien is not the Blue Heavens’ rival. It is merely a wanderer who was granted the honor of becoming a bridge between two universes. It carried her away so that she might learn to trust the Higher Laws of the Universe. So that her gold might grow warmer with longing for its native blue.
Their union is not merely a fortunate coincidence. It is a cosmic law written into the very nature of light: wherever there is gold, azure will surely be found to set it off. The Blue Heavens without the Golden Moon are an empty canvas. The Golden Moon without the Blue Heavens is a jewel that has lost its setting. They are two halves of a single breath.
And you know, I think she longs for it too. Somewhere among alien constellations, she suddenly realized that none of these foreign worlds contained her true home. And home is when your light falls softly upon familiar blue, when you know that you are awaited, that your place is here, in this embrace that requires no words.
The Golden Moon’s place is with the Blue Heavens. And she will return.
And then the Heavens, having wept all their tears, will greet her with a moist, pure, and infinitely grateful radiance. And their reunion will be quieter and deeper than their first meeting.
Because love born of separation is eternal. It knows how to wait. And the Heavens—they do not go anywhere, after all. They simply stand. And look upward. And believe that their gold will shine again.
I listened to the tales for several days in a row, completely absorbed—I simply couldn’t tear myself away...
It’s very unusual: you listen, and it feels as though you’re living through each of these tales yourself, as though you’re one of the main characters, and each story changes you—as if a little pearl falls into your palm, dissolves there, and sparkles from within... When I read them several years ago, I didn’t experience anything even remotely like this... The excellent, professional narration played a very important role—it conveys genuine emotions, highlights nuances and contexts that aren’t apparent when reading... And the main melody is also wonderful; it conveys the character of the tales so powerfully... Sometimes it comes back to me on its own... playing in my head... It’s a shame the tales have ended...
Namaste, I’ve also started listening to these fascinating, truly gripping stories. I want to listen and practice at the same time, and it’s tearing me apart but it’s worth it. Thank you, Om Shanti, for your magnificent work
