It is remarkable how, in just 250 years of its existence, this outstanding territory has become a symbol of opportunity and prosperity for people from all over the world. A country that has given us outstanding artists, scientists, and technologies. A country of immigrants. A country that sets trends. And gives everyone a chance. It is difficult to imagine any area of life in which America has not influenced humanity. America is diverse. That is why people love it—and hate it, too. I am not a prophet, but I am sure that America’s history does not end on this date. Americans will surprise the world more than once. The future of our planet lies with the United States. The kind of world billions of people will live in depends largely on it.

P.S. I suggest that everyone post their favorite places in the United States here, or simply places they would like to visit (even if they have never been there). Symbols, flags, and so on are also welcome.

Yes, it is very important to point out that this is a special country—a country of immigrants from all over the world.

Some were persecuted, some rejected, and some were even threatened with destruction because of their desire to help their own country... They all ended up there.

And some simply were not heard, listened to, or were ignored in their own countries—they ended up there too.

For example, Paramahansa Yogananda.

Who was he in his own country? Nobody.

And there are millions of examples like that.

Of course, this is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word America.

The most interesting thing is that it is covered in copper, and copper is an excellent conductor of electricity.

It was designed by the French, including Eiffel—the same man who designed the Eiffel Tower. A copy of the statue was installed near the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

I see an attempt here to connect two objects over a great distance.

Hi everyone, this is an interesting question with a double meaning. First of all, Paramahansa established himself in the United States and became one of the most influential spiritual teachers in the West in the 20th century. America became his second home, where he lived for more than 30 years, from 1920 to 1952, when he passed away. His book, Autobiography of a Yogi, is still a worldwide bestseller, and the organization he founded, Self-Realization Fellowship, headquartered in Los Angeles, continues to operate successfully to this day. However, his path in the United States was far from smooth. He had to face extremely strong opposition, and it could seem that society was rejecting him. There were very serious reasons for this.

1. Yellow Peril and cultural shock. He arrived in the United States in 1920, during an era of rigid conservatism, xenophobia, and widespread prejudice. Anti-Asian sentiment prevailed in society, and the appearance of a man in orange robes with long hair, teaching meditation and Eastern philosophy, provoked enormous skepticism among ordinary people and the press. They tried to portray him as a fool and a fraud.

2. The attention of the FBI and the authorities. They kept him under surveillance wherever he went. He filled huge halls, and the government had eyes and ears among the audience. He was suspected of undermining American institutions and engaging in political activism, even though he emphasized that his mission was purely spiritual. Nevertheless, thousands of people came to him.

3. Conflict with the conservative Church. He spoke about the universality of religion, arguing that Christianity—the teachings of Jesus—and true Yoga—the teachings of Krishna—speak about the same thing: direct knowledge of God. To orthodox communities of that time, this made him a heretic. Religious leaders launched campaigns against him in the press, accusing him of corrupting souls and creating a cult.

4. Press scandals and lawsuits. Former students and envious opponents filed lawsuits and publicized accusations in the press. Most of these lawsuits fell apart, but they left an impression on conservatives.

Despite all these difficulties, he achieved a breakthrough. He changed the entire approach: instead of imposing a foreign culture, he translated the ancient science of Kriya Yoga into language understandable to Western people and freed it from dogma. Among his followers were prominent Americans, including Barbank, the founder of Kodak. In later years, his works shaped the worldview of people such as Steve Jobs, who reportedly promised to give every guest a copy of Autobiography of a Yogi at his funeral. So he did establish himself, but the price he paid in time and effort was very high. 🙏♥

108999 108999 , Hi everyone. The question is interesting too. I also climbed the Statue. It is made of copper and bronze as well; everything there has been carefully thought out. There is a spiral staircase, and I don’t remember how long it took to climb it. That was 30 years ago. There is powerful energy there—it feels as though it both cleanses and charges you. You can go out onto the balcony and even onto the torch, but I only climbed as far as the head. At that time, access to the hand was closed, so I couldn’t get there. In my opinion, everything here is connected with Tesla. It seems there is a connection too, but there is no direct evidence, although the two statues face each other—one from New York and the other from Paris—and that also has a certain significance. The Statue of Liberty really is an object where official history, deep esotericism, and alternative technological theories intertwine. Many people see it merely as a gift from France to the United States, but if you look deeper, a completely different picture emerges.
1. The line of the Ascended Masters, the teachings of Mark and Elizabeth Prophet: there, the statue is revered not as a political symbol, but as the earthly embodiment of the Goddess of Liberty, Ascended Lady Master Liberty. It is regarded as the cosmic archetype of the World Mother, the feminine aspect of Divinity bearing the light of truth and the liberation of the spirit. The symbolism of the elements: the seven rays on the crown symbolize the seven cosmic rays, energetic currents flowing to Earth. The book in her hand is a scroll of law, while the raised torch is the eternal flame of enlightenment and spiritual freedom, dispelling mental darkness. As I said, there is no direct evidence, but the Statue was unveiled in New York in 1886, right around the time when Tesla was working in the United States with towers, alternating current, and wireless energy transmission. If you analyze the monument’s construction, it resembles a gigantic antenna. The internal framework is made of iron and steel, designed by Gustave Eiffel, while the outer skin is made of copper 2.4 mm thick. Copper and iron combined with salty seawater and humid air, since it is open on all sides, create a huge galvanic cell—in essence, a gigantic battery or a grounded resonator, depending on how you look at it. The torch was planned as a powerful beacon. From the perspective of electrodynamics, such vertical geometry—a tall torch spire reaching into the sky and a massive base in the water—is suitable for collecting atmospheric electricity or operating as a receiver-transmitter of electromagnetic waves. And what is interesting is that the Statue in Paris faces west toward her older sister, as if closing an invisible energy circuit across the entire Atlantic Ocean. Therefore, there is no doubt that Tesla was involved, but they did not want to acknowledge it—the FBI and Morgan were the ones who reported him, or perhaps they simply wanted to make a lot of money 😂 But that is another story, as is the story of the seven rays of the crown ♥🙏

I was fortunate enough to visit America in 1994 as part of a friendly children’s exchange at the international sports camp “Four Winds.” It was a beautiful, pristine place on the seacoast and surrounded by coniferous forest, where children came from all over the world and counselors worked, including some from Russia.

In the 1990s, the yachtsmen of our wonderful little town established warm relations with both the camp’s management and the administration of Bellingham as a result of a friendly visit to America. Thus, for a happy decade, summer visits took place every year: children from America came to us, while delegations of Russian children were sent to spend their holidays at the American camp and with American families. It was a wonderful and productive exchange of experience, thanks to which our local children’s sports club developed into a truly fascinating place that every child dreamed of visiting. Many new and varied children’s activities appeared, along with unique entertainment events with virtually no counterparts in other children’s camps in the Russian Far East. International-level sailing regattas were also held, and it was a wonderful time that brought people from all over the world together.

I remember how pleasant it was to see cheerful American grandmothers in their nineties who, despite their venerable age, led active lives as travelers. I can imagine how difficult it must have been for them to endure long journeys over the local unpaved roads at the time, yet somehow they never lost their optimism or interest in what was happening.
That is why I remember my trip to North America with warmth in my heart. Many things there pleasantly amazed me, from the majestic nature to the habit of greeting everyone you meet.
