So, on April 14, 2023, I promised you a practice using this drawing program.
I always keep my promises
Practice:
Open the program using the link above.
The program looks like this:
Create a white canvas.
To do this, click the square on the panel to the left, then click the palette icon.
On the right, select the color to draw with (don't forget to click OK to select the paint).
In this case, I created a white canvas.
I highlighted these steps in the screenshot below.
Now for the practice itself.
Draw any kind of house you like.
You can simply draw with the mouse.
You should not draw the house without a purpose.
This is not art therapy
While drawing the house, you should already be thinking about WHAT will live in it.
For example, someone might imagine their headache living there.
Someone else might imagine their fear—the fear that is troubling them. Any fear that bothers them.
Some negative issues in their relationships with relatives.
Poverty, difficulties, hardships, shortcomings, insecurities...
I could list billions of things people want to get rid of here. And you can write down anything you like.
So, draw a house and think about WHAT will move into it.
Draw it however you want.
For example, I drew mine with the mouse like this.
After that, board up the doors and windows.
So that nothing living in this house can escape.
You can even put a padlock on it.
Use your imagination.
The main thing is that you yourself feel that this THING cannot escape from the house.
Let's say it's a fear of flying on airplanes.
Next, set the house on fire.
Continue thinking about WHAT is inside it.
Start by setting fire to one corner of the house.
Then draw a larger fire.
All the while, think that you are now setting fire to the house containing your fear of flying on airplanes.
You can even focus on your emotions.
What do you feel as you draw this fire?
Don't hold yourself back!!!
Draw this fire!
Some people will furiously cover the house with paint.
Others, on the contrary, will do it slowly—enjoying the sight of this creature burning in the flames
In the end, it will look something like this:
At the end, be sure to feel your fear of flying on airplanes completely burn away in this terrible fire.
What mustn't you do?
Obviously, you must not burn actual people. That would be magic—black magic, in fact.
You are burning not people, but, for example, your difficulties communicating with them.
I think I've made that clear?
You are not burning any countries, real apartments with neighbors, someone else's cars, and so on.
You are working only with difficulties.
The only exception is self-defense.
If someone is threatening you, and you are 100% sure that it is not something you have made up (which happens often), then yes, you may use this practice for self-defense. But first, try burning away that person's negative attitude toward you. If, for example, they still threaten to kill you or make similar threats, then your hands are untied—you have to defend yourself.
