In the morning, I practiced. After about 7–8 minutes, tiny dots began to appear. I adjusted the focus by diffusing my vision, like with stereograms, but the dots quickly disappeared. It looked somewhat like particles of light when you look through an object in sunny weather, only the dots were much smaller and disappeared more quickly.
During the practice at lunchtime (during my lunch break), I observed no effect. Some images in the form of notes came up, but that was probably just the effect of remembering things from work during the day.

Such a great intensive! I’m practicing along with everyone else. So far, I’ve liked the exercise from the third day the most, where you have to do something with your eyes. Each time after relaxing, on the exhale, everything before my mind’s eye became lighter and lighter. I also tried the fourth day’s exercise (so far, just once). I don’t see a dot, a star, a speck, or a line, but rather a fairly large area directly in front of my eyes. And I wouldn’t say it’s bright. It’s more murky, with a somewhat pinkish tint. It’s just a little lighter than the surrounding darkness. And it constantly moves up and down and from side to side; it never stays still, so it’s difficult to keep track of it while maintaining concentration on my jaw, tongue, and breathing. For some reason, keeping my attention on it proved difficult and energy-consuming. I couldn’t sit for the full 10 minutes; I was already tired after 3 minutes. Apparently, I need more practice. I’ll try again in the evening.

The most remarkable thing the first time was that the notorious purple sphere appeared immediately—and it had an eye! A real, living eye, resembling a lion’s eye. It looked intently at me, then closed, and I saw the purple sphere with its eye closed. Then the image changed, and various shimmering forms began to appear, as on the first day. I should say that I don’t see a screen, but rather a window into some deep space; all the images are three-dimensional.
The second time, there were immediately white clouds across the entire field, but not pure white—more like at the beginning of twilight. In my peripheral vision, there were bright white vertical tubes at the sides, as if made of artificial white light. After some time, it seemed to become morning, to grow light, as though dawn were breaking...
And throughout the intensive, in the lower part of the panorama, familiar columns of bright white light dart back and forth, sometimes to the right and sometimes to the left. I see them with both my eyes closed and open.
I’ll do it a third time today.

And it receded somewhere ahead, into the distance. The area between the eyebrows did not exactly pulsate; rather, it vaguely resembled a camera lens that cannot focus on the subject and moves slightly forward, then slightly backward. In general, it was an interesting sensation. By evening, a thin, pale-red line appeared on the bridge of my nose (in its upper part, below the area between the eyebrows). Very interesting overall. The third day was absolutely amazing.

When I watched the spot, it grew smaller and disappeared, and this happened every time. When I tune in to the screen, I feel tension somewhere around the third eye inside my head. During the day, there were large bright spots along with blue ones. Interesting! Thank you!

Fifth Day of the Intensive​

I have been teaching people to see with the Third Eye for 20 years. And I know one particular feature very well: I say one thing — people think about something else — and do a third thing.

And I, already knowing this feature very well, always write very specifically and clearly, warning about all possible nuances (because over 20 years I have learned about all the mistakes practitioners make), insisting on details and repeating important things.

But some percentage still follow the rule: I hear one thing — think about something of my own — and do a third thing.​

I will repeat once again an important mistake. You should not concentrate on any imagined or visualized images. What we are talking about is pure physics, albeit on a subtle level. You begin to see subtle structures, not imagined ones.
The Inner Light is reality. One day science will record what clairvoyants see. In fact, I will tell you more — it is already doing so. That is why I am teaching you now to see what you are genuinely capable of seeing from birth. But society has convinced you that when you close your eyes, you see only darkness. But that is not so!

День 3-4. При практике, при зажмуривание глаз была легкая боль, ибо слишком сильно зажмуривал глаз. Видел неоднородный фон и видел светлые пятна, но углубить пока не удается, причем как я понял зажмуривание дает данный неоднородный фон.
