KUNDALINI ENERGY AWAKENING A meditation that combines sound, imagery, and your attention.
Friends, I invite you to explore my meditation-training program on the “Your Yoga” website. This is a structured practice for working with the seven chakras—from Muladhara to Sahasrara—accompanied by mantras and a visualization of the ascending flow of energy.
How does the practice work?
You look at the screen, listen to the mantras, and direct your attention to the area associated with the current stage of the meditation. The image helps you maintain concentration and follow the sequence of the practice.
Each chakra has its own mantra. Between the stages, “Kundalini Aro Ha-Nam” is chanted—in that moment, you mentally visualize the rising of the energy.
How should you prepare?
Put on headphones, sit comfortably with your back straight, and relax. Set aside about 11 minutes during which no one will disturb you.
The program lets you choose a male or female image, adjust the volume, and expand the meditation to full screen.
The program runs directly on the page. There is nothing to download or install—just open the link and click “Start.”
After finishing, sit quietly for a while with your eyes closed, maintaining awareness of your inner state.

I practice a simple exercise myself that you can try right now—right where you are sitting.
Stand up and sit back down. Repeat 10–20 times. That’s it.
An ordinary chair works best. But it can also be an armchair or sofa, as long as you can stand up from it comfortably and safely.
The scourge of modern civilization is constant sitting. We work sitting down, communicate sitting down, and relax sitting down. And we keep putting movement off until later.
You don’t need to go to the gym or set aside special time for a workout. Simply take a short break from whatever you’re doing and stand up several times.
This is a small amount of physical activity and a simple way to get your body moving during the workday.
Do it calmly and without jerking, within your abilities. If 10–20 repetitions are difficult for now, start with fewer.
Try it right now. How does it feel?
This technique is presented to you in the interpretation of Sergey Veretennikov, author of the “Your Yoga” website.
