Pitri Paksha — a time to connect with your lineageOn September 7, 2025, Pitri Paksha begins — a special period in the Vedic tradition that lasts 15 lunar days (from September 7 to 21).
This is a sacred time for cleansing karmic debts, honoring ancestors, and inner reconciliation with your lineage.
Why is this so important?While we live, our ancestors continue to live within us. This has even been scientifically proven through DNA and so on.
We are the continuation of their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
And when we pay our respects, perform remembrance rituals, and express our gratitude, karmic knots come undone, and the path for future generations becomes clearer and brighter.
During this period, it is not recommended to start new ventures — energy is directed not toward external growth, but toward deep inner work.But this is precisely the ideal time for:
remembrance rituals,- 🪔 prayers and offerings to ancestors,
purification practices and meditations on your lineage.
In honor of this sacred time, I wrote a special verse and song about the Tree of Lineage.These are not simply words and music — they are a meditation on your lineage, an immersion into its roots and branches, a connection with ancestors, and a blessing for descendants.
