What is important to do with your emotions?

It is important to identify them.

I tried listening to the audio program several times, and a depressive state immediately sets in. I completely disagree with every phrase spoken at the moment it is uttered, as if something inside me responds to each one: “None of this is true.” This does not mean that the program is bad; it only means that it works. It has a calming effect on some people, but this is how it affects me.
The only positive thing I noticed, especially after reading this entire thread to the end, was the process of identifying the emotion and feeling that Om Shanti wrote about above. This really does happen while working with the program. I will continue working with it and see what comes of it. I will also write a review later, because I would not be objective right now.

444108 , when I was studying to become a psychologist, primarily a transpersonal psychologist and NLP master, we were told that a client might even reject the possibility of saying such phrases at all.
In that case, it was recommended to say the following to the client:

- Then suppose what it would be like if you repeated these phrases.

That is, you do not listen to them or repeat them. You simply want to find out what they provide.

In this case, you are not forcing the client to do anything with these phrases. They simply think about the result without forcing themselves to use unpleasant phrases.
