Namaste, Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей ,
dear students of Mahapurna School.
As part of the course "Measuring Instruments for Health and Development," I began studying the basics of pulse diagnosis. Specifically, I worked with this post in the course (Measuring Blood Pressure Without Instruments):
COURSE: "Measuring Instruments for Health and Development"
I had dreamed of this for a long time, and now the dream has come true. When I visited Ayurvedic doctors, I was curious about how they diagnosed patients using precisely this method.

My self-observation study lasted 7 days.
I measured my pulse 3 times a day every day (and more often on some days), combining measurements while lying down, sitting, and standing.

Based on some of the data I obtained, I created some initial charts.

The first shows 7 days in 7 colors, with 3 measurements per day

The second shows the entire week (21 measurements)

I can say that I learned to find my pulse and count it using only a stopwatch on my smartphone.
I got better and better each time.
This practice also combines well with the School’s game "Inner Clock":
Game - Game: Inner Clock, as it trains at least 2 skills simultaneously.

I was also reassured to see that my blood pressure and pulse were generally normal: 60–80 beats per minute (with the exception of 2–3 measurements over the entire week), and even those deviations were very minor.
I was curious about why and when the "spikes" or deviations from the norm occurred, and studied them throughout the week.
In my case, the first occurred because I ate something "wrong" (a canned product from a store); in the second case, I entered the information field in the morning without doing sadhana (I did not recite mantras, etc.; there was no protection).
I clearly saw the actions and their consequences. These were literally insights! It is one thing simply to assume something, and quite another to observe it closely through measurements, as well as the dependence on these factors and on my states and well-being.

This is, of course, the beginning of my training in this area; here I saw a broad field for practice, as well as the development of very specific skills through self-observation.
Thank you to the Teacher for the impulse and to the School’s space, which has a special learning atmosphere.
