Today I underwent the attunement. After the Attunement, during meditation, my spatial orientation changed. I did not feel myself at my usual size; instead, I became smaller, almost infinitesimal. This sensation was on the physical plane: the room around me and the entire space changed in size. Then, physically, I began expanding from this point...
And there was one more moment—I don’t even know how to describe it... In the center of my chest, I woke up... That’s approximately how it felt.
