Definitely not in RU ... here, all private flights are prohibited because the sky is military territory. You can't even launch quadcopters without special permission, which is practically impossible to obtain. And if you do get it, they'll still issue you a fine, and you'll spend three months proving that you're not guilty (personal experience).

Basically, the technology already exists and works: when a person says a word silently to themselves, a computer writes that word as text. In other words, these are real devices that can read what a person is saying silently to themselves. And these devices are portable.
Of course, all of this is still in the testing phase, but it already exists and already works.

As of now (2024), a total of 1379 people have been to space.

America leads by a huge margin here. It still somehow refuses to "decay," despite the wishes of backward countries...
