The text is of interest to us because it offers one explanation for the emergence of humanity on Earth. As can be seen from the text, the dialogue between the contact participants takes place within the framework of the contactee Billy Meier’s Western worldview and way of thinking; when considering such global questions as the emergence of humanity, representatives of the Aryan-Rus are not mentioned at all, although, as we now know, they have their own version of humanity’s origin on Earth. Based on this, it can be assumed that there is not just one path by which humanity emerged (or appeared) on Earth, but several—and the future will show which of them is the most plausible.
THE HISTORY OF CIVILIZATION (AN EXCERPT FROM THE REPORT ON THE 251ST CONTACT)

The story of Enoch (Henok in German) or Nokodemion is well known in our group; fragments of it can also be found in [книге] "OM". However, to this day nothing has been reported about other events that happened to Enoch and his people approximately 12 billion years ago. Since my contact with Sfat, your people asked me to remain silent until 1995. Later, this obligation of silence was also confirmed by Ascet, then Semjase, Quetzal, and you, Ptaah. Now the year 1995 has begun, and you have given me permission to speak about it. I want to offer my knowledge in the form in which I currently possess it.
After the great movements of the return of groups of peace fighters, bringing the wars to an end and ushering in a time of peace among all peoples and planets, Enoch's original tribes split into two lineages. One lineage followed its own path to the Lyrian territories, where they settled in another space-time configuration that differs from this, our space-time configuration, by a fraction of a second. They lived there, but only after populating other worlds and systems in other, foreign galactic regions, which led to wars. Subsequently, clan emigrations took place throughout space, and eventually they reached their highest point in another space-time configuration that differs from ours by a fraction of a second. This territory was located in the star system of Lyra(*). For this reason, people continue to speak to this day of the Lyrian territories and the Ancient Lyrians, whowere later supposed to return to our space-time configuration, partly for research purposes and partly as a means of escape. Subsequently, they arrived on Earth and took part in the well-known events I have already described. Until now, this lineage had preserved all knowledge of its origins, and from these origins the Pleiadeans, or Pleyarans, developed. In their own language, they call themselves by the same name as their star cluster beyond the Pleiades, which is located in another space-time configuration that also differs from ours by a fraction of a second.
Having broken away from the ancient clans of Enoch approximately 12 billion years ago, the second lineage decided to take a completely different path from the Lyran group, if we may call them that. They also emigrated to other galaxies. But no more than 7 billion years ago, knowledge of their true primordial origin ("primordial" means the most ancient, original beginning) was lost. Today, they have no knowledge whatsoever of their true heritage. Since then, their chroniclers, historians, and others have created another legend about their heritage, which no longer had anything, or almost anything, to do with their true origins. This lineage also consisted of many different races, as did the Lyran lineage.
However, unlike the Lyrans, who remained ready to fight at any time and steadily evolved toward [достижению]balances, from which the peaceful, well-balanced, highly evolved Pleiadians originated, the second lineage reached this state too quickly. Subsequently, these [люди] completely lost their ability to fight and became increasingly defenseless against aggressors. As a result, they joined together in a vast emigration of all peoples and settled in the region of the constellation Sirius(*). Once again, they lost all knowledge of their past and heritage. A new prehistory of their origin was again composed and recorded in the annals. This lineage spread to the farthest corners of the Sirius region and consciously evolved to the point where it was capable of creating new life. Having lost the ability to wage war, these people bred new human races and modified their genes so that these new races could fight and protect them from constant attacks by aggressors. Due to violent genetic manipulation, these new intelligent races were transformed into life forms that acquired barbaric traits, tending toward degradation and cruelty, and their lifespans were limited to approximately 100 years. Their genes were modified and crossbred because the creators and rulers feared that these beings would unite and destroy them. Over time, their fears became reality, and for this reason it was necessary to find new methods to restore genetically the manipulated races under their control, although this meant that these objectives had to be achieved through radical extermination. Since the “creator-rulers” were more powerful than the genetically manipulated individuals, the latter found a way out—to flee, which they did with the help of benevolent supporters from the Sirius regions. At the same time, these adherents secretly decided to exploit the genetically manipulated individuals for their own purposes. Two numerous genetically modified peoples fled from the Sirius regions and settled in a star system on the other side of [Центрального] sun [Галактики]. This means that they landed and then populated a very remote part of an isolated solar system—indeed, planets beyond the Central Sun of the Galaxy, the Sun of the Milky Way. Over time, however, they were discovered by space travelers of the Ancient Lyran lineage, and they then emigrated to the regions of Lyra. Ultimately, in more recent terrestrial history, they came to our planet, where they settled in China, Japan, and elsewhere, forming new so-called races.
After departing from the Sirius regions, other genetically modified peoples found their way to the [нашей] Solar System, where several thousand rebellious genetically manipulatedpeople, [а также] to an uncountable number of places as punishment. This multitude of different races found refuge on the planets Mars and Malona/Phaeton, where they built cities, pyramids, stations, and other structures, respectively. They lived well on Mars until the planet became uninhabitable due to cosmic factors. For this reason, genetically modified humans had to leave the planet in ancient times and subsequently settled on Earth. Over time, they became terrestrial human beings whose true and authentic ancestral origins lay in the regions and planets of Sirius. Only abandoned pyramids and gigantic monuments remain on Mars, but the stations remained operational for a long time even after all life on the planet had perished. One day, all this will be discovered by Earthlings, genetically manipulated humans, and some of these structures will even be used again.
Malona, or Phaeton, was destroyed in fratricidal wars by its genetically manipulated inhabitants, who originally came from the regions of Sirius and who blew up the planet by diverting part of the ocean into underground or underwater magma chambers of a giant volcano. The Solar System’s asteroid belt consists of the remnants of this former planet, whose orbit was not where the asteroid belt is now located, but where the orbit of Mars is now situated, and Mars’s orbit was once located where the Asteroid Belt is now. This change in positions was caused by enormous shifts in which the Destroyer (the planet) played an important role.
The positions of the planets Mars, Earth, and Malona/Phaethon, as well as the solar systems on the other side of our Milky Way Galaxy, where two yellow races settled, were chosen as effective shelters by the benefactors (benefactors—translator’s note) of these races, who were conspirators in the exodus of these genetically manipulated people. Throughout this entire period, the location of the refugees’ shelters was kept secret from the “creator-rulers” out of fear that, if the rulers determined the refugees’ whereabouts, they would send punitive expeditions to destroy the fugitives. This danger remains in force even today, and therefore the Americans were extremely cautious when sending probes into space that revealed information about Earth’s location and descriptions of human beings. If, by chance, this information falls into the hands of the “creator-rulers,” they will learn that genetically manipulated humans, Earthlings, somehow survived and multiplied considerably over the past millions of years, and it may be assumed that attacks on Earth and its inhabitants would originate from the regions of Sirius. Such actions would result in the complete destruction of the Earthlings. The benefactors would not rush to the Earthlings’ aid, since they withdrew from our region long ago,[потому что], in fact, soon after their arrival on Earth they began to fear genetically manipulated humans, Earthlings, almost as much as they had previously feared the “creator-rulers.” This was the fear that also prompted the benefactors, through various manipulations, to destroy the ancient records of Earth’s people. At that time, the benefactors exalted themselves as gods and rose above the Earth’s population, and people quickly became their vassals and believers. In truth, by doing so, the benefactors very quickly became the antithesis of benefactors. On the one hand, they hoped to make genetically modified humans their subjects; on the other hand, this would create many cults, religions, fratricidal conflicts, family feuds, and wars over this worship of the gods, through which Earthlings—genetically modified humans—would destroy and exterminate themselves. As a result, they, the gods, formerly the benefactors, hoped to remain safe from the aggressive, barbaric form of human life on Earth.
This plan was fulfilled, however, with complete failure, because the human on Earth, who was becoming increasingly stronger, resourceful, more barbaric, and more cunning, began to like his role and defended it to the last drop of blood by every conceivable means, ancient and modern. As a result, the genetically modified population, now [уже]the inhabitants of Earth, completely slipped out of the control of their former benefactors, namely the gods, who, in turn, retreated from Earth’s human beings and from Earth—but first swore to take revenge and demanded future redemption from the human population of Earth.
The departure of the benefactors paved the way to Earth for the Ancient Lyrians, and, arriving on Earth in expeditions after leaving their own configuration of space and time, they entered our space-time configuration in the Solar System. Soon they, too, began to behave like gods and sow confusion. The former benefactors of the genetically modified population did not know then—and do not know now—that this turn of events had taken place, and they are unaware of the existence of the Pleiadians, namely the Plejarans. The genetically modified human beings of Earth, however, did not obey the Lyrian or Pleiadian/Plejaran gods either, although some of these gods, such as the Gizeh Intelligences, Ashtar Sheran, and others like them, attempted to impose their yoke and dominion on Earth’s inhabitants by every conceivable means. The former benefactors also split into two groups. One group consisted of those individuals who had sworn to take revenge on the inhabitants of Earth and later changed their decision, while the other group remained benevolent toward Earth’s inhabitants and hoped to return to Earth someday. Eachwhich of these [групп] "gods," regardless of the other, knows what awaits us in the future. If they ever truly return, Earthlings cannot expect anything good to come from those who transformed from benefactors into evil characters, since, despite their change into malevolent beings, they were unable to return to their ancestral homeland in the regions of Sirius. Because of their betrayal, [бывших бенефакторов] are feared as outcasts, and now they must also be extremely careful not to reveal their location to their former "creator-rulers"—or they too may become victims of their rulers' vengeance.
Despite departing from Earth and the Solar System, these former benefactors, who became consumed by their desire for revenge, nevertheless continue to maintain some contact with earthly beings and even visit Earth from time to time. During their contacts and visits, they maliciously and deceptively influence earthly individuals with false messages, visions, and similar things, much as [это] the dark elements among the Ancient Lyrians used to do. However, these are merely rare intrigues that generally occur only in a cult-like, religious-sectarian form and are of very little significance, since they usually affect only Christian religions rather than all earthly religions. Because of their alien nature, these two groups, consisting of former and current benefactors, have no contact whatsoever with one another. Indeed, it very much appears that such mutual contact is strictly forbidden and that knowledge of the other group was erased from memory, as Quetzal once assured me in accordance with a secret Pleiadian explanation.
Some other astonishing things came to light when examining the genetic manipulations carried out by the “creator-rulers” from the Sirius region on individual intelligent beings who gave rise to masses of warriors: as a result of their evolution, the “creator-rulers” themselves lost all their abilities to fight. Their evolution was directed solely toward abundance, knowledge, skill, and so on, while their own strength and ability to fight were completely eradicated. They not only lost the opportunity to fight, but also the ability. When aggressors arrived and began threatening to destroy these highly developed people, they produced intelligent beings into whom they implanted, through genetic manipulation, various forms of martial abilities, along with an aging factor as a precautionary measure. As a result, the genetically modified people soon became very old and died prematurely. Such actions prevented the genetically modified individuals from gathering together and rebelling against the “creator-rulers.” This precaution soon proved its worththemselves, as the population of genetically modified people was constantly increasing, and they always inherited their modified genes. Because of the ever-growing number of these genetically modified individuals and their increasing aggression toward the "creator-rulers," these warriors were becoming a growing threat. For this reason, the rulers needed other ways to destroy them. However, before the most suitable methods were chosen, most of the genetically modified people managed to escape and, with the help of benefactors, found a safe place, as I have already explained. Since then, genetically modified people on Earth have reached a point where they have become both the rulers and destroyers of the planet, since most of them have remained excessively entangled in the effects of the modified genes of warfare, bloodlust, malice, barbarism, harmful habits, greed, emotionality, cruelty, and so on. These characteristics became humanity's legacy of evil from the earliest times, and they may also be called "original sin." Information about "original sin" was falsely presented by Christian religions as the myth of Adam, Eve, and the devilish serpent in the Garden of Eden. This "original sin," nevertheless, is genetic manipulation that has repeatedly allowed an obsession with struggle and evil to manifest since time immemorial—almost becoming evil itself. In fact, Nevertheless, this entire issue is based on the modification of a single DNA gene, which could be corrected if only our geneticists would finally find it. This genetic modification, characteristic of all living human beings on Earth through its inevitable hereditary transmission, can be reversed and, by doing so, Human can finally avoid the evil behavior that was imposed upon him. Although science has not yet advanced sufficiently in this field, scientists are nevertheless on the right track. It is for this reason alone that abundant condemnation of the continuing progress in genetic research and genetic manipulation is being expressed today, along with malicious protests from those who lack understanding and others who vehemently reject these ideas and preach idiotic religious nonsense against things they can neither prevent nor hinder [которым]. Earth Human should simply reverse the earlier individual genetic manipulation that causes him to resort to bloodshed and murder, bloodlust, hatred, greed, destructive habits, and all other cruelties. However, the genetic modification of the ability to fight, in accordance with the Creative Law given by Creation and the meaning of the Directive, must not be reversed, since the ability to fight is important for Human’s continued existence and for evolution. Therefore, inthereafter, an event like what happened with the “creator-rulers,” who deprived themselves of this ability to fight and lost all their power to wage battle by manipulating their own genes, must not occur. For this reason, they became increasingly unable to protect themselves from any aggressors who attacked them. This, in turn, resulted from their brutal idea of modifying intelligent beings so that they would become combat machines through genetic changes that ultimately unleashed a whole new set of problems. The study of intelligent beings genetically transformed into combat machines by the “creator-rulers” proved that they had produced or bred completely normal—indeed, even highly developed—intelligent beings specifically for this purpose. However, these beings were rudimentarily altered physically through the modification of their genes. Former physical traits reappeared, making these people, among other consequences, extraordinarily resistant to environmental influences, and they displayed a certain brutality. Despite all these genetic changes, however, the proponents of [манипуляций] neglected to alter—or rather, to deactivate—the genetic factor responsible for knowledge, memory, comprehension, and compliance with the natural Laws of Creation and Directives—for everything that is good and balanced. This omission was entirely deliberate, since research showed that this separate oversight would provide a form of protection against the complete degradation of genetically modified people. This omission would always allow a certain degree of humanity to manifest itself in and influence people’s lives and actions, along with other factors, and would provide some assurance to the “creator-rulers” that genetically modified individuals would not viciously attack them. These specific wishes were not fulfilled, however, apart from the fact that genetically altered individuals did not become completely inhuman and did not degenerate entirely. Consequently, from the earliest times, the dominant factor of stability or kindness, respectively, has always permeated the consciousness of genetically altered people. Because of this factor, over the past millions of years, viciousness gradually lost its significance, although it remained quite visible, especially in certain rulers, criminals, despots, and others. Unfortunately, no one knew in advance that, as a result of [одновременного существования] genetic modification and the natural factor of stability and kindness in Man, conflict—or at least the feeling of being torn between opposing emotions—would increase. For many people, this remains true even today. As a result of these geneticmanipulations, since the earliest times, Human Beings have struggled with these inner conflicts between good and evil—where evil often prevails. Nevertheless, [всё] an increasing number of people are winning on their path toward good, overcoming the damage caused by genetic manipulation and its evil legacy, i.e., evil or original sin. Unfortunately, excesses often arise due to degradation and pseudo-humanism, since people are unable to find appropriate paths and cling to false ideals that often stem from religious-sectarian idiocy.
Some other details need to be set out to explain the existence of the diverse skin colors of people on Earth. From our previous explanations, it should be clear that the various human races and their skin colors originate from very different planetary systems in our Galaxy, the Milky Way. The regions of Sirius, however, also played a significant role, at least as the true primeval origin, before the Ancient Lyrians came to Earth, where they later merged with earthly humans. Since those ancient days, [их] numerous distant descendants have lived on this planet.
One more note to explain the original gene modifiers: in reality, they were benefactors of genetically modified people; therefore, the benefactors were their “creator-rulers.” When the time came to ultimately kill or merelyto send genetically modified individuals, they (the benefactors) split into two camps. Subsequently, these two factions fought each other with harsh verbal attacks and accusations until other intelligent beings from the regions of Sirius intervened; a group that wanted to kill the genetically modified people joined them. The true benefactors, those who opposed the killing, managed to save a great many genetically modified beings, whom they divided into several groups—despite the many countermeasures taken by those who wanted to kill them. As explained earlier, two groups of people settled on the other side of the Galaxy, while the rest found new homes in the Solar System on Mars and Malona; subsequently, several thousand degenerated genetically modified individuals were sent to Earth. Even then, the benefactors knew that the people brought here could not remain in this Solar System forever, but would eventually have to depart for other places. The benefactors were fully aware that the Sun of this distant System was already a dying star, and it had been specifically chosen so that the Consciousnesses of Sirius and the “creator-rulers,” who wished to kill the refugees, would not suspect that this region with its dying Sun would become a candidate for new settlements of “degenerates” and “worker gods,” as the “creator-rulers” called them. For this reason The benefactors traveled immense distances between the home planets of genetically modified humans in the regions of Sirius and the Solar System(*), as well as to the distant system beyond [Центром] of the Galaxy, in order to protect those living there from those who threatened to kill and destroy them. The shelters were chosen because of their extreme remoteness and location at the edge of the Galaxy. In addition to the dying Sun, another determining aspect was the living conditions on the planets of the Solar System and the system on the other side of the Galaxy, which were very harsh, since the composition of the air for breathing on each of the newly settled planets did not match the original composition of the air on their home planets. This applies even to Earth today, since its air composition does not meet the requirements of human respiration. The dying Sun, inadequate living conditions, and poor atmosphere [планет] in the Solar System and [в системе] beyond [Центром] of the Galaxy were a sufficiently compelling reason to seek shelter from their pursuers here. Genetically modified human beings struggled for survival even from the time of their arrival in the Solar System, so distant from Sirius, its planets, and its exploration.
The newcomers multiplied and continually evolved as Earthlings. Soon they will have the opportunity to set out into the boundless Universe and toward their great-great ancestral placesorigin. These actions refute the unjustifiable claims of earthly scientists who assert that Human Beings on Earth, in their modern form, are a primordial product of Earth—the only foolish and primitive premise of Charles Darwin’s theory that Human Beings descended from apes. There are, however, some human beings of purely terrestrial origin, but they show their own evolutionary lineage, which is independent of apes, whereas apes descended from the original, correspondingly more ancient, human beings. Moreover, even these individuals of purely terrestrial origin are burdened by the genetic legacy of the so-called “original sin,” if one may call it that. The same applies to the many people bred in former times by the Ancient Lyrans and Pleiadians, who later died on Earth. Every alien, absolutely each and every one who has ever lived and died on Earth, did not return to their native world. Their spiritual forms passed into the earthly spheres of the Beyond, and since then they have incarnated in new human bodies. Since these individuals were born on Earth, they also suffer the damage caused by the former genetic alterations of the “creator-rulers” from Sirius. This entire situation arose because genetically modified and purely terrestrial human beings energetically passed offspring to one anotheranother, and, as a result, degenerate heredity spread relentlessly throughout all of humanity on planet Earth.
Genetic manipulation does not imply that earthly Man is a naturally born killing machine, but only means that he is a warlike life form capable of killing when required, or when events cause him to lose self-control, and so on. Such actions may also lead to degeneration; but, for the most part, they occur only when two factors—the consciousness and the psyche, that is, the world of a person's thoughts and feelings—are disturbed or briefly overloaded, causing them to prompt an action committed in the heat of anger. Therefore, the evil induced or nurtured through genetic manipulation is not an inherent, innate lust for killing. In truth, genetic manipulation merely created a controllable factor enabling Man to overcome the evil implanted within him and gradually remove it as he follows his natural evolutionary path. This, however, takes an incredibly long time, and therefore reversing the gene modification is an entirely appropriate solution. There are undoubtedly no born killers, and this fact must be clearly stated. Such evil inclinations, degenerations, or individual and mass actions arise either from damage to the psycho-conceptual-emotional nature, throughsome kind of disorder of consciousness, or because of outbursts of anger. In cases of mental or conscious disorder, organic brain damage may play an important role. All of this is solely the result of the degeneration of a gene that was modified accordingly, through which evil, pure negativity, permanently places itself at the forefront. For this reason, additional factors also come into play, such as human cruelty and his bloody frenzy during revolutions and wars, at times when he discovers how easy it is to kill and then crosses that barrier. Such a barrier will usually always remain within Man, despite his genetic manipulation, until it is disrupted by illness or an outburst of anger. Therefore, there is no such thing as a person being born evil in the sense that he or she is completely evil from birth, as some people like to claim—those who wish to see only evil and complete negativity. Man, of course, possessed both negative and positive qualities from the very beginning of his existence, but not to the extent of being only negative or only positive. Ultimately, a balance is established that truly gives Man the ability and stability to overcome every wound inflicted and all forms of external influence. Both the negative and positive factors, combined and applied in the appropriate form, produce one overall result, which transforms the human life form into an extremely resilient living being that possesses the required abilities and is a natural fighter for the laws of Creation and the Directives, without excess. The “creator-rulers,” who were originally human beings with characteristics similar to those of Humans, had recklessly eliminated this gene within themselves. In the process, they lost all their fighting qualities and strength. They changed their entire process of thought and action accordingly, and this resulted in their complete decline. As a result, they became defenseless and were subjugated when aggressors attacked them. Therefore, they secretly bred this tribe of warriors, whom they genetically modified, and new races with many different skin colors were secretly bred. These warriors served as pawns against the aggressors and were victorious. Thus, the “creator-rulers” must be blamed for their own destruction. In their misfortune, they created a new tribe of people who in fact once again possessed all the abilities given by nature, and from then on they were able to fight and live.
However, this proved insufficient for the “creator-rulers,” and they decided to carry out additional genetic manipulation to make these new humans even more aggressive than their natural tendencies allowed. The creators, to someto some extent simply intensified certain factors through genetic manipulation, whereby the modified individuals truly became fighting machines—but always equipped with the potential ability to normalize themselves again through the control of evolution. However, for such an event to occur, millions of years were required, and this evolutionary path continues even today; this is obvious in Earth human beings. These genetic modifications made the negative or evil factors, as they are known to the people of Earth, especially strong and unnaturally increased aggressiveness. It must be said that, for this reason, these factors have not dissipated from Earth human beings to the extent that they cannot flare up again in any way through their excessive reproduction. This behavior led to overpopulation, all kinds of diseases, religious-sectarian insanity, and imbecility, which are often fanatical in nature. All these factors threaten not only the complete and final destruction of this planet, but also the environment as a whole and every form of life. The thoughts and actions of Earth human beings embody a regressive phase toward the primordial conditions of genetic modification, where everything degenerates, just as it did in the most ancient times. The “Creator-Rulers” once saw another reason for the destruction of genetically modified people. These regressiveThese phases manifest even more frequently in military actions, military matters, or religious-sectarian intrigues. Military exercises, political campaigns of hatred, religious-sectarian fanaticism, and all kinds of criminality cause a loss of control over the positive, which is absorbed and suppressed by the negative. This disorder produces a state of negative, evil frenzy, which then gives free rein to itself and pursues its course without restraint.
In ancient times, men and women were equal in their ability and strength to live, fight, and do other things. Since then, there have been no distinctions between men and women in these respects, nor in their workplaces or the types of work they performed, although men helped women, who were physically weaker, with tasks requiring exertion. Women and men were equal in everything, without any discrimination between the sexes in any respect, just as biological differences and the corresponding details were, of course, taken into account and recognized even in primordial times. Therefore, even then, women were generally responsible for material matters and domestic work if they were married and had children. If not, women performed the same work as men. Both women and men held government positions; men were included in the group to such an extent that men and women always governed in equal numbers and jointly assumed responsibility.Consequently, there was no situation in which a single man or woman governed the state. The people themselves had the right to voice their opinions and unite when deciding all matters, adopting resolutions, decrees, laws, and so on.
As mentioned earlier, two planets—Mars and Malona/Phaeton—were suitable for habitation by genetically modified human refugees within the Solar System. Planet Earth was still quite harsh at that time, since its atmosphere was somehow harmful to human life forms from the Sirius region. Therefore, only those among the genetically modified humans who were prone to errors were deported to Earth—those who rebelliously and maliciously rose up against their own allies. The five remaining races fled to Mars from the Sirius regions, while the other two races headed toward the sun on the opposite side of the Galaxy, as mentioned earlier. The five races that fled to Mars and Malona/Phaeton were joined by two other “creator-ruler” races. These two other races, of course, had not yet been genetically modified, and no changes had been made to their DNA. They were benefactors who amicably stood in solidarity with the genetically modified humans they helped in their escape. Their origins trace back to two different overpopulated planets in the Sirius regions, where reproduction was forbidden to everyone. As a result, every child born were killed, while the violating parents were sterilized and exiled.
The exodus of genetically modified refugees from the regions of Sirius took place over a long period spanning many thousands of years, and they were constantly persecuted by their pursuers until they finally found a suitable refuge in the Solar System, far beyond the reach and field of vision of their persecutors. A similar fate awaited two other groups of refugees who settled far away, in the Galaxy. Indeed, both groups of refugees experienced anxiety during the many years of travel, most of which they spent aboard spaceships while journeying through the Galaxy. Revolutions and struggles for power broke out during their travels, and as a result, the genetically modified people lost not only all their previously accumulated knowledge, but also evidence of their ancient heritage. Terrible dramas befell them and led to cannibalism aboard all their spaceships. As a result, the ancestral traits of the genetically modified people, the future inhabitants of Earth, were lost. This knowledge included, among other information, details about the natural Laws of Creation and Directives. Great disorder followed, leading to further problems in the form of knowledge about the dangers of their searches; this knowledge was passed down from one generation to the next.
The genetically modified people, together with their benefactors, the “traitors” of the “creator-rulers,” who eventually settled on Mars and Malona and subsequently developed into an outstanding technological culture. Unfortunately, they were unable to protect themselves sufficiently and were eventually forced to flee these planets. Their scientists discovered that the Solar System was far more cosmically hazardous than they had initially expected. Many comets, wandering planets, meteorites, and other dangers constantly threatened the two newly settled planets, Mars and Malona/Phaeton. Several of these cosmic wanderers invaded the planets, causing immense damage and claiming numerous human lives. In the course of events, a large wandering planet was discovered with an unusually long orbital period and an orbit extending far beyond the outermost planets of the Solar System. According to astronomers’ calculations, this large celestial body threatened to collide with Mars or devastate it to such an extent that all planetary life, including its entire flora, fauna, and human life, would be completely destroyed and wiped out by the close approach. The genetically modified humans, or their distant descendants, decided to leave their place of exile. Even these distant descendants knew of their status as exiles, as they retained an awareness of the danger of being overtaken, although to a muchin a more obscure form. As a result, they were no longer able to determine the source of their danger. In the past, the threatening wandering planet caused extensive destruction and much chaos in the Solar System for a long time. According to the details previously provided by Sfath, this celestial body, called the "Destroyer," caused the most terrible destruction to their home worlds in the past until it sped off into space along an unpredictable trajectory. The "Destroyer" took refuge in the Solar System, where it also brought much devastation. Over time, its orbital period decreased to approximately 575.5 years; however, the Pleiadians/Plejarans once again increased this interval. As a result, the "Destroyer" will reappear in the Solar System in approximately 1,180 years. The Pleiadians/Plejarans were unable to completely divert this planet from its trajectory as they had planned; nevertheless, they changed the "Destroyer's" orbital period and its rotational period around its own axis so that it no longer posed any danger—as least for some time. Without this, it would have returned in 2255 with devastating, destructive consequences. The High Council did not authorize the Pleiadians/Plejarans to alter the course of the wandering "Destroyer" by any other means or to destroy it, and this required the Pleiadians/Plejarans to refrain fromto do this, since the destruction of the "Destroyer" or a change in its course would have caused even greater devastation and perhaps even affected Earth.
After the details of the possibilities for their emigration had been completed, a dispute broke out again among the distant descendants of genetically modified humans, who had, of course, inherited their ancestors' genetic manipulations. It turned out that, as these disputes unfolded, the decisive factor came from new teachings presented by the benefactors. These teachings claimed that the benefactors had been the creators of the genetically modified individuals, or distant descendants of these [создателей], and that they, the creators, should be rewarded with absolute obedience and worship. Most of the benefactors claimed that they were superior ascended beings—creators and makers. However, not all benefactors shared these views and demands, and two camps subsequently formed: one consisted of those who claimed to be creators, while the other consisted of those who retained the prevailing generous attitude and withdrew from this "creativity." As a result, a dispute broke out not only between these two camps but also among the devotees in these two factions, their followers. Eventually, the opposing sides reached an agreement, and those who wished to leave departed from the planet Mars in the direction of Earth and Malona. Subsequently, many people from both camps grouped together, to emigrate together, with some heading to the planet Malona/Phaeton and others to Earth. The leader of the emigration group to Malona/Phaeton was named Zenteka, whose wife, Amalaka, acted together with him. The emigration group to Earth also had two leaders—brothers named Semos and Passas. Malona’s atmosphere was safe and healthy for the emigrants and for the people who already inhabited it. It was similar to the air on Mars and resembled the air that the descendants of genetically modified humans had adapted to breathe over many millennia in their spacecraft. Unfortunately, the same could not be said of Earth’s air. Therefore, practical modifications were required for future emigrants who wanted to live on Earth. For this reason, the same deliberate adjustments were carried out as had previously been performed on degenerates who were exiled to Earth: when they were deported to Earth, the exiled individuals had first been forced to adapt to Earth’s atmosphere and, among other things, their skeletons required further stabilization. The individuals who now wished to emigrate from Mars to Earth had to undergo the same corrective procedures so that they could settle on that planet.
Everything happened just as the scientists had predicted in advance: “The Destroyer” passed through Mars’s orbit and pulled Mars with it onto another a heliocentric orbit, namely the orbit of Malona, where it remained. Subsequently, however, Malona was pushed out of position by the powerful forces of the "Destroyer"; it was able to remain in its orbit until it was destroyed by its inhabitants many millennia later and became the Asteroid Belt. During this "catastrophe of displacement [орбиты]", the number of Malona's inhabitants was reduced from 470 million people to just 14 million; however, they were able to restore something, and by the time they destroyed their planet, their population had risen again to approximately 52 million [человек].
The refugees on Earth lost contact with the people on Malona and Mars, which became completely uninhabited, and its remaining inhabitants perished. Individuals from the group of benefactors, who had previously demanded that they be exalted and worshipped, spread their false teachings fiercely and never again allowed well-positioned [к людям] benefactors to gain any power. Thus, these "creator-rulers" were then able to elevate themselves to the creators of Earth Man, rise to power, and spread their insane religious doctrines, which, however, contained complete fabrications, equally false beliefs, and a history of humanity's origins. The purpose of this was ultimately to destroy and erase all data about humanity's true origins in case someone else would try to secretly gather this information from somewhere. Of course, the true benefactors did not allow this to happen. They resisted by devising their own religious doctrines and spreading them among the now numerous human beings on Earth. They hoped that, through their new system of beliefs, people would learn to seek the real truth, to recognize and comprehend everything that is truly Creative and natural—and they imagined that this situation would change for the better. To this end, the true benefactors coined the phrase: "Teachings must be created for human beings on Earth so that they may eliminate impurity and degeneration from their defiled bodies." However, in these teachings, as in the teachings of the "creator-rulers," they placed a secret hope that these various philosophies of struggle and religious doctrines would create a monumental obstacle, as a result of which the distant descendants of genetically modified humans would limit their population to satisfactory and responsible levels. Another motive behind this was that the descendants of the modified humans would never rebel against either the "creator-rulers" or the still-benevolent benefactors, in order, among other things, to gain power over them. The benefactors did not want the descendants to develop prematurely to the point where they would be able to do so again to fly off into space with the help of technology that had blossomed and developed too quickly, and where they would find their former home worlds, such as Mars and the planets of the Sirius region. The “Creators” also hoped that, according to their design and through their various religious doctrines, Earth’s inhabitants would destroy themselves through subsequent wars and turmoil. They based their hope on the idea that Earth’s inhabitants would become technologically, biologically, and scientifically ready to conquer space only after evolving for a sufficiently long period to achieve the necessary adjustments in their thought processes and actions. In other words, they intended for earthly human beings, through religious doctrines and various religious orders, to gain the insight needed to resolve their problem of genetically implanted corruption, after which they would repair this damage. An important factor in this scenario was that, in the distant future, Earth’s inhabitants would discover the former genetically forced damage imposed upon them and find their way back to normality through appropriate genetic reversals. They believed and hoped that the distant descendants of genetically modified people, such as Earth’s inhabitants, would only then begin seeking contact with their original past, their origins, other worlds, and human beings across the vastness of the Milky Way, other galaxies, and the Universe.
Rejecting all directives, Earthlings developed very rapidly on their own, since over a long period of time, more and more people are born who value evolution in every aspect. The hopes of the benefactors will be fulfilled, and exemplary and peace-loving races will come to Earth from the vastness of the Universe to maintain contact with the Earthlings. However, this can happen only when the unfortunate chain of genetic manipulations has been consistently reversed and normalized, and when human DNA is once again Creatively and naturally connected with the Laws of Creation. First, reprogramming took place, allowing Earthlings to discover and find the regrettable genetic modification in their DNA chain, even though these findings would remain undetected for some time. Moreover, this “error” imposed upon human beings will certainly also be reversed by the people themselves. To this day, this error has restrained Human Beings from living as truly intelligent creatures and has often distanced them from the natural Laws of Creation, the Directives, as well as their implementation. For this reason, even now only a few individuals are able to find the right path, reaching this point only through painstaking efforts, [чтобы] overcoming the genetically implanted degeneration along their natural path of evolution. Therefore, everything on Earth is directed toward eliminating what was once implanted genetically, so that a person could once again leave the Solar System before its Sun dies and the entire System goes dark. This event will occur much sooner than Earth’s scientists currently claim. In truth, the Sun is already a dying star. And when Earth’s inhabitants once again emigrate from Earth to adapt to new home planets far from the Solar System, they will have to adapt to these prevailing atmospheric conditions, just as their great-great-great-great-grandparents once did. The conditions people encounter will be the same as those that existed in primordial times, when genetically modified humans breathed healthy air. As can be asserted today, these distant descendants of Earth will have an extraordinary and pleasant future.
Many years will pass before Earth’s human beings find evidence that their ancient great-great-great-great-grandparents came to the Solar System from other stellar and planetary systems to settle on Mars before emigrating to Earth. When this happens, the first evidence may also be found that humanity’s most ancient ancestors—genetically modified humans, or their descendants—were refugees and exiles originating from the regions of Sirius. This evidence will shock the scientific community and, even more so, the religious world; it will indicate the need for great changes. This moment will come mainly when artifacts from previous intelligentcivilizations will be found on Mars, with pyramids and sculptures such as the so-called Martian faces, representing no more than a fraction of the entire discovery.
These discoveries, and the announcement to Earth’s inhabitants of the discoveries on Mars, will one day become factors in the collapse of the legendary picture that Earth’s former progenitors created of their heritage. Many who deny the truth will understand with frightening clarity that earthly Man does not originate from the planet Earth and, moreover, that he is not the only form of life in the Universe. Although one prophecy claims that extraterrestrials will officially land on Earth on June 5, 1995, a second prophecy predicts this event in 1998. However, one should not count on these events taking place, since humanity on Earth is currently incapable of allowing such contacts, the knowledge arising from them, and their associated consequences. If such an event does indeed take place, the Pleiarans will withdraw from Earth and henceforth keep their distance from its inhabitants, as Quetzal once explained, and before him Sfath in the 1940s. It should be remembered, however, that these prophecies are in fact only prophecies, not predictions. Therefore, everything can change, and the prophecies may not come true until the appropriate conditions for these events have been created. And this is precisely the case, always assuming that everything is occurring exactly and correctly—because its prerequisites are that earthly Human beings must first heal the damage, or distortion, [от] of their genetic modification and change their mentality, thoughts, and actions to the natural state of Creation before they achieve open contact with foreign races and peoples, that is, extraterrestrials. This means that many years must pass before these prerequisites are fulfilled. Until then, Earth and its intelligent inhabitants will experience all kinds of events, changes, and other things that are not only necessary for the evolution of Human beings but are also inevitable consequences of the thoughts and actions of the earthly human life-form. On the one hand, this entire scenario will inevitably result in many situations that are often threateningly dangerous or obstructive to Human evolution. On the other hand, these events advance his evolution and are therefore absolutely inevitable. Taking everything into account, official contact with extraterrestrials is truly not recommended at present, since earthly intelligent beings are incapable of tolerating this reality, which is particularly inherent in secular-restricted, military, religious-sectarian, economic, and political positions. For this reason, official contact with extraterrestrials would be completely inappropriate if it occurred now or in the near future. At present, extraterrestrial contacts can only be with individuals or specific, very small groups; in addition, contacts of a secret military and governmental nature are also possible. Such events, nevertheless, will increasingly lead to the public appearance of false contactees and observers providing photographic material claiming to be [на подлинность], expertly fabricated with the help of computers. The public will believe them, along with all the other fraudsters, deceivers, charlatans, people caught up in illusion, and those capable of hypnotizing many dull-minded devoted followers on matters concerning extraterrestrials, God, Jesus Christ, Mary and Joseph, Moses, and various other saints and masters, because Human Beings are too easily deceived and too credulous in their search for truth.
Therefore, contact with extraterrestrials may be conducted at an official level if everything develops correctly and Human Beings on Earth have matured sufficiently to accept such contact. For now, this will require a great deal of time, during which many events will occur involving the discovery of evidence that intelligent beings on Earth did not originate on this planet and that they are not alone in the Universe or in this Galaxy, the Milky Way. A certain chronology of expected historical events must be established when considering what still needs to happen before the first official contacts withaliens. Then, prudence dictates that the exact dates should not be named; otherwise, this could result in conditions that might adversely alter future events. Moreover, the minds of many people could suffer disturbances, as they might try to change circumstances after learning about future events—events that cannot be changed in any way, shape, or form, since these are predictions, not prophecies subject to revision. Therefore, I will not name any dates, although they are known to me. For this reason, I will simply list in chronological order the most important upcoming events, or episodes, incidents, and so on, that will take place beginning in 1995. This year will show that natural disasters will continue to unleash endless devastation. Events associated with destruction will increase and decrease in number; in other words, there will be more of them from time to time and occasionally fewer, but overall these incidents will intensify. On a broader scale, an event involving the United States and its President is expected, one that will astound the entire world. In addition, prolonged discussions concerning Islamic fundamentalism will increasingly take place, and it will hypnotize the entire planet. Uprisings, revolutions, wars, and other various forms of unrest will expand horribly, and a very sad role in this scenarioIslamic fundamentalism will play a role. The health of the Earth’s inhabitants is in extreme danger not only because of the rapid spread of AIDS, but also because of the growing effects among people of scrapie (see BSE—the madness of cattle (excerpt from the Report on Contact 249)—translator’s note), in which Creutzfeldt-Jakob syndrome is not merely an echo. The scrapie epidemic will also spread among animals. And, if that is not enough, another terrible epidemic and disease will break out among human beings. Even though countermeasures are being attempted, the new threat of chemical warfare, a practice that has long lain dormant, will rise again. The same remains true of nuclear and biological weapons. The danger of nuclear reactor accidents will increase throughout the world. In this regard, France must be extremely cautious in every respect, since one prophecy warns of a high probability of a catastrophe near Lyon that can be prevented if responsible individuals take the proper steps—the prophecy can be changed. The first attempts are being made to launch a new movement in support of universal nonviolence, in which women attain a high and influential position among the world powers through the formation of another group. Meanwhile, mass tourism will increase by leaps and bounds and, slowly but surely, will affect and destroy the remaining paradisescorners of the Earth, the first steps toward a flight to Mars will be taken, a flight that will not be blessed with good fortune. However, the next flight, which will follow very soon, will be more successful despite encountering certain difficulties due to unexpected technical problems. All this will happen shortly after the worldwide hardships of unemployment and the misfortunes associated with it have been corrected and overcome. New piles of weapons stockpiles will follow when global arms production rises again. This will signal the first threat of the looming Third World War, as foretold by prophecy, unless humanity makes an effort to prevent this threat through prudence and appropriate thoughts and actions. If humanity fails to act against the fulfillment of this prophecy, new and extremely destructive weapons will be developed, producing catastrophic consequences in the next World War. One important factor in this scenario is the criminal negligence of observing the Earth from space. New types of weapons will once again cause great agitation, and then the deaths of four heads of state will occur, dying within seven days of one another. Then these will be [будут] the final signs predicting that the long-feared war will indeed break out within just two years of these events, unless the inhabitants of Earth gain the powertheir prudence to stop all these disasters. If this is not done, humanity will fail in its attempt to protest and boycott these new deadly types of weapons, since by that time the military factories of many nations will be ready [для их производства]. At this stage, passing laws prohibiting these weapons will be ineffective. World War III cannot be prevented unless humanity ultimately succeeds in becoming prudent! This war will initially be fought with conventional weapons and will develop into a nuclear, chemical, and biological war. This World War will begin in November of a certain year, after five years of intensive efforts to achieve this goal, preceded by four years of unspecified preparations. If war does indeed break out, it will last three years and eleven months and end in October of the fourth year. By then, the Northern Hemisphere will have been largely devastated by nuclear fires and radiation, which will destroy all animal and plant life, unless humanity realizes that the prophecy was merely a prophecy, without it coming to pass. If this does not happen, the world will face an additional eleven years of poverty, hardship, famine, and many other calamities. Radiation will cause deformities and mutations in children born during that time, and many of those who survive the war will beinfected with radiation. Chemical warfare will cause horrible and disgusting skin diseases, and biological warfare will produce festering wounds and other misfortunes, not to mention hideous deformed people and so on. However, before these events unfold—always assuming that the prophecy will come true through Humanity’s own mistakes—scientists will discover a gene modified in ancient times within the DNA chain, responsible for rapid aging in human beings. These events could unfold as early as this year, since preparations in this field already began in 1994. However, it is doubtful whether scientists will publish their discovery and make full use of their findings. As can now be seen, publications about these discoveries will not appear until a much later date, and perhaps this will remain the case for a very long time, until the public is fully informed about the discovery. Consequently, it will be a long time before the genetic modifications are reversed through retro-manipulation of the corresponding gene. For the time being, scientists will not know that the gene they have stumbled upon is a key factor, or that it is the very gene that was modified many millions of years ago.
If the prophecy concerning the next World War comes true, and if humanity on Earth does not immediately begin to rethink and redirect all of itsefforts into benevolent channels, the consequences of the Third World War will be cataclysmic. Moreover, this remains true with regard to the gigantic campaign of revenge directed against the war’s henchmen, which will be launched and directed by a bloodthirsty man who—how could it be otherwise?—is yet another “Representative of God,” the Pope. Again, these events are based on the condition that the prophecy is fulfilled through the transgressions of earthly human beings.
As the polar ice caps melt, shadows of another serious economic crisis loom in the not-too-distant future, spreading across the entire globe. And another global war, the Fourth World War, will once again threaten this planet and all its terrestrial population because of its own foolishness. However, a few sensible individuals will be able to neutralize this threat, which is fueled by the invention of new types of highly destructive weapons that will be the materialization of weapons that currently exist only in science-fiction novels. Among other things, there is [оружие], which emits deadly rays, ray guns, ray rifles, and ray rifles. In the midst of these developments, three scientists will create an extraordinarily inexpensive source of energy, although it will not be the only new type of energy, since another one based on sound vibrations will also be discovered. And again, this will result innew and deadly types of weapons will be developed. Scientists tend to use everything they can get their hands on, and therefore it is inevitable that Man will stop the greenhouse effect and use its action in reverse, thus preventing the future melting of the polar ice caps. These actions, in turn, will lower the greatly elevated water level of the World Ocean. During this period, earthly Man will increasingly devote himself to space travel, which he has neglected for many years. At that time, people will be partially interested in Venus as a planet inhabited by human beings, and for this reason, Man will intend to send a controlled space capsule to this volcanic planet. Meanwhile, Man will use a new source of energy by exploiting the energies within the Earth. He will develop two new dangerous types of weapons. The high-frequency sounds of the first weapon, inaudible to humans, will be capable of destroying any material and will be able to completely annihilate all forms of life... — in other words, ultrasonic weapons. The second weapon will be based on high-frequency energies that will likewise be capable of destroying and killing everything. Accordingly, discoveries and inventions in the fields of genetic engineering and genetic manipulation will continue, since events must unfold—in opposition to the wishes of the enemies of genetic manipulation,who even now persist in preaching and spreading nonsense against this. The time is not far off when, through genetic manipulation, plants and animals will be successfully crossbred and entirely new forms of life created. However, stupid antagonistic oppressors will shout in their pride; they should be grateful that science has advanced to the point where genetic manipulation has become possible. Because only through genetic manipulation can the future correction of the degeneration of genetically modified Earthlings be ensured, so that they may once again enter the normal movement of the negative and positive. Through this process, of course, the secrets of Creation will not be unraveled, and for now they will remain a mystery to Man, even though he will actively seek to uncover them at space stations beyond Earth. This does not mean, however, that science will remain inactive—quite the contrary. Scientists will unravel the secret of gravity. By doing so, they will master certain aspects of space and mass. But shortly before this happens, Earthlings will develop the ability to allow human organs to "grow" for transplantation. These organs will always be tailored to the body requiring the organ. As a result, the danger of organ rejection will be eliminated. At that time, renewed advances into outer space will take place, through which a greatA cosmic project critical to Humanity, and Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, will undergo several additional modifications. At that time, one religion will initiate full-scale military action, resulting in the development and use of another dangerous new type of weapon capable of altering the climate—the so-called climate weapon. However bad these periods may seem, they are not as unstable as 1995, when new discoveries on Mars may be possible, and the year when the sources of a new ideology, standing apart from traditional religions, are stitched together. 1995 will also be the year when a previously unknown powerful male individual begins to become known, captivating the world and gathering followers around himself, much like the Pied Piper’s method of luring rats from [произведений] Hamelin. For this reason, one prophecy calls him the rat-catcher. These events will coincide with many innovations and discoveries in science and technology, so 1995 and the following years will bring astonishing breakthroughs that will change civilization. One important factor in these breakthroughs in the near future will ultimately be the discovery and correction of an error in the calculation of Pi (perhaps the term “adjustment” is applicable here—translator’s note).

If it enters a higher world, then its knowledge will also be of a higher order; if a lower one, then naturally its knowledge will come from those worlds. It is the same here: there are masters of the spiritual realms, and there are masters who receive information from the lower worlds, but they too are Realized Masters.
