I’m that very child who used to create a whole bunch of rituals in childhood
And most of the time, they worked for me.
Of course, with age they were forgotten and faded away, while some transformed. But ever since childhood, I have always felt that there was 《something to》 this technique, which the Teacher called LI. It’s wonderful that the material includes a classification of the different types of LI depending on a person’s dominant mode of perception. I discovered that I had used different kinds of LI, but unconsciously. Now I want to approach this topic in a more structured way, using the Teacher’s instructions. I found the right LI almost immediately, and my daughter helped me with it. When I read in the material that children like to create rituals for themselves, I remembered not only myself as a child, but also her. You could say she invented a complex, multi-part LI:
I think my daughter has an excellent LI
But a personal impulse is personal precisely because everyone should have their own（even when my daughter was younger, she initially protested if her grandmother jokingly copied her. She told her outright: 《I came up with this! This is my “come true!” What are you repeating after me for? Come up with your own!》）Now I understand why she said that
So I decided to choose something simpler for myself, without tying it to a particular time. Thanks to her technique, consciously looking at all this after reading the material, I remembered that I had something similar in childhood. And this LI can be strengthened with password words linking our consciousness with the subconscious （essentially, also a verbal form of LI, which I have been using quite consciously for many years）:
I’m already practicing with simple, everyday things to train my brain to use this system. And I have to say, now every step and every household task is perceived much more consciously—because I’m constantly wondering: can it be used as LI training, and how can I do that?
