Question I bought VM, but it hasn't been credited to my balance

Hello, I topped up my VM account twice as usual. From the VM page, via Purchase. The funds still haven’t been credited to my balance; the payment was made more than an hour ago.

I purchased VM from the school’s website using a bank card. The VM were credited three hours after the purchase, which is the first time this has happened. Usually, it takes a minute and the balance is replenished.

Yes, thank you very much for your response. The VM have been credited to your account, with a delay.
