Good afternoon! Thank you for the Puja! I participated for the first time, using the third option since I was at work. However, there were several minutes around the middle of the Puja when I was able to concentrate, ask for help with what I needed, and thank Ganesha. I felt pressure in my head and nose, like during KEI sessions, only stronger. I am glad that you, OM Shanti, gave us all this opportunity.

Good afternoon! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for conducting the Puja! Unfortunately, I performed the Puja at work, so I was unable to fully follow OM Shanti's recommendations. But throughout the hour, I periodically recited the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya." At around 11:40, I suddenly became very sleepy and began yawning (this is usually how purifications occur). About fifteen minutes later, it all passed. I am sitting at work now, my head is clear, and the sleepiness is gone as if it had never happened.
I thank OM Shanti for the Puja!
Everything went wonderfully; the time flew by unnoticed. First I repeated the mantra to Shiva, then to Krishna. The energies are very powerful.
I meditated a little after the Puja, then went on Telegram and listened to the mantras. I liked all three recordings of the mantra and listened to them on repeat. The muladhara chakra was activated very strongly, and the energies in my spine awakened. The state was similar to the practice of whirling: the energies swirled around me, and I felt all the energies restoring their balance.
So my Puja lasted two hours, and I don't want to leave this state.
