Of course, this practice only promotes and supports the development of the Third Eye; it is not an independent practice in any way. It definitely helps as an additional practice.

It will not be the case that you work with these images and suddenly your Third Eye opens. This work—or, more precisely, this work alone—is not enough.

But this practice is also interesting and useful in its own way.

When I look at the yellow arrows, I feel the channel rotating clockwise becoming active; when I look at the green ones, it rotates counterclockwise. Ajna is a kind of control panel that controls these channels, apparently that is why this effect occurs.

I can look at all the green arrows at once quite well, and the left half of my brain fills up; when I look at the yellow arrows, the right half of my brain fills up. Alternating them produces a kind of rocking in my head, and Ajna pulses.

Looking at the arrows is training for the right and left hemispheres. You could put it this way: if you took a kettlebell and tossed it from your left hand to your right, your arm muscles would be working out in equal proportion (symmetrically). The same thing happens with the brain: this exercise will bring the right and left hemispheres into a state of symmetry, which is very good! But there is something else interesting about this exercise: if you contemplate not the arrows but the color—so to speak, completely immerse yourself in the color, as in meditation, and dissolve into it—you may see something very interesting. You need to look as if you are not looking with your eyes, but with your subconscious. If anyone succeeds, write about it! Hint: It is very beautiful!

I looked at the yellow color in the very center and watched the colors change, like an aura. It was truly beautiful, especially when the edges of the arrows began to glow brightly. Maybe I managed to see something completely different from what you did?
