As I understand correctly, you like the simple, effective exercises and methods that I give you.
Something that does not take long or require much effort, while allowing you to see results immediately.
That is what today's intensive will be about, because I pay attention to your interests and try to base future intensives on your interest in the previous ones.

To do this, first walk around the room or outside, whichever is more convenient for you, and observe which way your palms are facing. It does not matter whether your hands are straight or slightly clenched into fists; everyone walks differently, and that is not important. The point is to notice which way your palms are facing. Most often, people with rounded shoulders have their palms facing almost backward when they walk.
Or backward and inward. You can immediately spot such a person on the street, because there are many of them; they walk exactly like this, and you can see that they have rounded shoulders.
To take the test correctly, you should not consciously influence your arms in any way.
In other words, walk naturally, as you usually do, and simply pay attention to which way your palms are facing.

As a rule, there are four such positions. Hardly anyone walks with their palms facing forward; that would already be an excessive rotation. But if that is the case for you, note it as well. It is probably rarer, but write it down anyway. In that case, there will be five palm positions, and you need to indicate which of these five applies to you.
I assure you, I have seen children who walk with very rounded shoulders, and mostly elderly people whose palms do not merely face inward and backward—they face almost completely backward and even slightly outward. You can imagine how extreme that rotation of the palms is. Accordingly, we can tell from the position of their palms how poor their posture is.
I do not think we will consider such extreme positions in this intensive. After all, that is already a very extreme case. But keep in mind that it is possible; I am telling you about it. As a physical education specialist, I see all of this, so when I suggest that you take part in intensives like these, I do not do it simply because I find it interesting or feel like it, but because I am also a certified specialist in this field.
We will begin the intensive with this test because it will show the actual position of your spine at the moment, and it will be easier for you to move with an understanding of your current position and the direction in which you need to move.

For example:
Day 1
10 minutes, palms parallel to each other.
Day 30
20 minutes — palms facing forward and inward.
