As many practitioners point out, "the Your Yoga website is huge—you could study it your whole life," and many very important practices often go unnoticed.

It has often happened that someone has been visiting the Your Yoga website for 10–15 years or more, but then someone at the Mahapurna School or in my Ashram shares their experience of my practice—and suddenly it turns out that they had not noticed that practice and did not even know it existed. They write words of gratitude that this wonderful practice was shared and a link to it was provided.

In other words, a person who practices or has practiced one of my practices and shares it benefits themselves and someone else as well.

You can do something good for yourself and, almost "in passing," do something good for another person—simply by sharing a practice that you have practiced or are practicing.

Perhaps someone did not know about it, and you will help them learn that it exists.

This intensive has no time limit; you can share your experience of working with my practices here whenever you wish.

How do you take part in the intensive?

  1. Please write about what the practice has given you.
  2. How did you structure your practice program?
  3. How did you motivate yourself to practice?
  4. What difficulties did you encounter during the practice, and how did you deal with them?
  5. What issues did you want to resolve through this practice? Which issues did you resolve quickly, and with which did you encounter difficulties?
  6. Why do you think some aspects were difficult while others went easily and pleasantly?
  7. What mistakes do you think you made as you progressed through the practice?
  8. What potential do you think is hidden in the practice?
  9. How did this practice help you in everyday life?
  10. Which practices would you recommend combining with this one?
  11. Do you think any preparatory work is needed before this practice?
  12. What events in your life preceded your decision and "made" you take up this particular practice first?
I assure you, if you take part in this intensive, you will help not only yourself but others as well. And others will help you.
Because you will learn not only about new practices, but also HOW other people worked with them. And if a practice did not help you, but you learn that someone worked with it differently and achieved results, you can also use their practice program and, in that case, gain the full benefit of the practice.

Please, if some participant in this intensive helped you—for example, by drawing your attention to a practice you had missed, or by helping you look at a practice from a different angle, see it in a new light, and so on—please write about it. Feedback is always useful and provides additional motivation for other practitioners.

You may find this collection of all my practices useful for the intensive:

Namaste!

I will tell you about several practices. Today I will begin with the unique system of human development BOE-DO.
Your Yoga. BOE-do.

I practiced this system for several months, starting around June 2013.

At that time, I became interested in certain body-energy practices. I was interested in Qigong, Tai Chi, and others. But I could not find a place where I could learn them. At the time, I lived in a small provincial town. I was already familiar with the Your Yoga website, although I was studying it gradually. Then I found the BOE-DO page. After looking it over, I realized that this was exactly what I needed at that moment and that I could start practicing right away. So the first advantage I felt was the ability to practice anywhere. Everything is there, everything is accessible, and you do not need anyone else.

The practice begins with Initiation. Even that alone attracted me at the time. Here I am, receiving initiation). So mystical and unusual, wonderful). It is difficult to describe the initiation. You simply have to try it. I really experienced various sensations, and the strongest one was probably a powerful flow of energy.

After the initiation, I began studying the fundamentals of BOE-DO.

  • BOE-DO physical exercises. Because of my character, I did everything slowly, gradually, and carefully. I do not remember exactly how many repetitions I did in each set, but not many. Let us say 8–10. That is not a large number. But even this gave me valuable experience. First—something happens to your perception of space. You seem to become larger and move an entire layer of existence. That is exactly how it feels. 2. Increased energy. I felt a flow of energy moving directly through my body. I especially felt it strongly in my hands. My hands seemed to grow in size). 3. And, as a result, a more resourceful state. A sense of well-being. Readiness to do something).
  • BOE-do breathing. I had to get somewhat accustomed to the technique. It differs a little from more familiar and well-known breathing practices. But once I adapted and began to feel it, I started experiencing its effects. Again, because of my character, I practiced briefly and gradually. I started with 5 minutes and do not think I ever practiced for more than 10 minutes. I clearly remember that during this time I would become covered in sweat. I felt the energy and became covered in sweat). Potentially a very powerful practice).
  • There were some dietary recommendations that are no longer on the page. They are not there because there are now many such recommendations elsewhere on the website. I will mention just one. It was recommended not to eat before 11:00. I began following this recommendation and was able to adapt my body. I still no longer eat breakfast. My first meal is lunch. It has been that way ever since.
  • Total relaxation. A very important practice. And this is somewhat surprising, but of all the BOE-do fundamentals, it was the most difficult for me). Even now, I may not always manage to relax as deeply as one should relax in meditation. But I practiced according to the description given in the material.
  • State of mind. Good recommendations that are always relevant, and not only within the framework of BOE-DO. After practicing the BOE-DO fundamentals for some time (I do not remember how long, probably about a month), I began trying some practices from the first stage. I practiced Normalization, Strengthening and Opening the Chakras, and Movement of the Plane, while continuing to practice the BOE-DO Fundamentals.
  • Normalization. – A very effective practice when used regularly. Perhaps not completely and not always, but at some level I was able to enter the state described in the practice.
  • Strengthening and Opening the Chakras. This practice is connected with BOE-DO breathing. It is simply an extremely powerful way to open the chakras. The whole body pulsates after performing this practice.
  • Movement of the Plane. It somewhat reminded me of the BOE-DO physical exercises. It involves working with a plane. New sensations arise. It is as if you can control a space that extends far beyond your physical body. That is all I experienced. I understand that it has great potential if one applies more effort and time.
  • I was very attracted to the practice Creating Infinity of One’s Projections. But for some reason I decided that I would practice it once I had mastered all the previous stages better. And I never got to it). I practiced BOE-DO for 3 or 4 months. I stopped not because I got bored, but because there were many interesting things ahead. I tried various other practices. I could not combine everything.

One of the very important results of this practice: it was precisely in the summer of 2013 that I became a vegetarian. The energy of BOE-DO definitely contributed to this.

If someone wants to become a master of this martial art, it is difficult even to imagine what heights a person might reach thanks to this art.
  • OM.

Namaste! I have been on the Your Yoga website for quite a long time, since 2014, and I have practiced a great many practices. I did some practices in parallel, during the same period. That is why it is quite difficult to single out just one and it is not always possible to say exactly which practice produced this or that result. Each one was special in its own way, and I immersed myself in studying and performing them with tremendous enthusiasm and enjoyment. It is clear how much care and love went into creating them. The source of this care and love remains beyond my understanding to this day.

At one point, I was very fond of the self-tuning practice "Steps into the Future" Your Yoga. Self-tuning. Steps into the Future. .
I do not know how it works, but it definitely works. It really feels like a leap in one's Evolution. I did it a long time ago, and even then I noticed positive changes in myself. I wanted to develop, and my tastes, habits, and surroundings changed. The direction of my development also changed. It moved more toward the spiritual side.

But I only fully realized its effect a couple of years ago. I reflected on my life, remembered my childhood and youth, how everything had begun, and what I had been like. What my desires, preferences, actions, reactions, and lifestyle had been. And I compared all that with my present state of consciousness and my current understanding of life. I wondered how I could have progressed from that state to my present consciousness and understanding. It was obvious to me that such a gap could not be bridged in a single lifetime by ordinary means. It felt like some undeserved grace from above that, through some misunderstanding, had come to me. And this practice undoubtedly contributed to it.

Whenever I had the opportunity, I practiced at my dacha while walking along a forest road. There were few people there, and nothing distracted me from the necessary concentration. By the way, the practice itself is not difficult. The only difficulty that may arise is keeping your attention on the required thought, since the mind tends to wander. But you simply need to return to the thought you need again.

However, I also had to practice in the city. Then I would do the practice in the evening, when the streets were more or less empty. It was easier for me to maintain the necessary concentration when there were no passers-by.

Another practice that stayed in my memory very clearly, and whose effect was very noticeable, is the practice "Cleansing Karma with Fire" Your Yoga. Cleansing Karma with Fire. .

This practice was sometime near the beginning of my time on the Your Yoga website, and back then I did many cleansing practices. I felt that I really needed this, and the subject of karma was interesting and relevant to me at the time. So this practice came at just the right moment. Incidentally, there are many cleansing practices on the website, but this one is interesting because it involves working with fire. On the one hand, there is a certain element of mysticism, but the practice is very tangible, since it involves working with an instrument that we can see and feel clearly.

I very quickly noticed how this practice changed my tastes. As far as I remember, I had already stopped eating meat long before then, but the remaining low-vibration foods disappeared as well, such as eggs, for example. I became very selective about what I watched. I could not tolerate scenes of violence in films. Whenever I happened to hear profanity, my ears would practically contract, as if they did not want to let those sounds inside. And before long, I even stopped encountering all sorts of things like that in my life.

Immediately after the practice, I felt relieved. It was as if some veil had fallen away. My body felt clean. The space immediately around my body also felt somehow transparent and pure. Now I can say that, apparently, the subtle body, the aura, was being cleansed. The warmth of the fire felt very pleasant on my body. But of course, fire must be handled carefully and cautiously.

What I have described is only a tiny part of what I practiced on the Your Yoga website. Not to mention that it is just a drop in the ocean of what exists on this magical website. Perhaps even a lifetime would not be enough to master everything.
I may describe something else later.

Thank you for the review! I immediately remembered what I did with the self-tuning practice Steps into the Future many years ago. One fine day, I took the sound meditation Your Yoga. Sound Meditation. Be Aware, overlaid my voice with the self-tuning practice, and went for walks with a player. I agree with you; it is quite difficult to understand which particular practice brought the benefit. Everyone needs to choose something that suits them.

Namaste! I’d like to tell you about the Room Cleansing practice. Your Yoga. Room cleansing.

About 8–9 years ago, I performed this practice for the first time and, one might say, achieved a “miraculous” result.
At that time, I lived in an apartment where rats somehow managed to get in. I couldn’t figure out where they were slipping through. They usually came at night. I could hear them moving around, and I saw them several times.
I bought poison and put it in the places where I had seen them. In the morning, I noticed that the poison had been eaten, but the rats kept appearing anyway.
It was a very unpleasant situation. It was literally disgusting that rats were appearing in the apartment, because they meant dirt. And I had the thought that if it was dirty, I needed to make it clean.
I thoroughly cleaned the apartment in accordance with the recommendations from the practice and performed the cleansing ritual itself. I also worked on myself, cleansing my aura. The sensations were very pleasant both during the practice and after it was completed.
The miracle is that there were no more rats—at least while I continued living there. Right from the next day after performing the practice, I never heard or saw a single rat in the apartment again.
I was pleasantly surprised. I now periodically perform this practice in other places where I live.
OM🙏
