Coincidences aren’t coincidences—I’d been looking for a face cream for several days, and when I visited the site, everything was already here Thank you so much Information about pigmentation would also be very helpful. I think that’s an “age-related thing” too.
Thank you for the intensive course. The most interesting thing for me is that over the past year I had unconsciously been doing lymphatic drainage massage. Not exactly, but very similar manipulations. I’m really amazed by this now.
Good afternoon! I’ve started trying to apply this to myself.
I’ve started walking while paying attention to my posture. It’s difficult—I slouch, but I’m trying!
I also applied the recommendations from the audio during a stressful situation, and it worked!
Thank you for the intensive course.
The intensive is coming to an end. Many people were very interested in this topic. But, surprisingly, many others were not interested, which indicates that many people have so many other things to do that they have no time to think about their health NOW, preserving their youth, or whatever remains of it. This is of course sad.
As I said at the very beginning of the intensive, just one hour is all that is needed! Just one hour to change your life, make it longer, and rejuvenate yourself.
This audio recording lasts exactly one hour.
Today is the ninth day of the intensive, so by mistake I am posting Part Nine:

Om Shanti, thank you for the intensive course! Every morning I looked forward to new information and immediately put it into practice! Thank you for such a valuable gift! It turns out that it is so easy to help your body rejuvenate and extend the active and healthy period of longevity!
Thank you for the practices; all the information is very useful, and I have started applying it all. I especially liked the last one, the "Mona Lisa Smile". I’ll try to keep it on my face)))
The easiest way to keep such a smile on your face is to remember something very, very pleasant. For example, your first kiss—remember what it was like. You felt shy, but it was absolutely wonderful, and whenever you were alone and remembered how it felt, a smile of happiness blossomed on your face. Now you need to be mindful of the fact that there are other people around and that you need to restrain this smile, while still remembering that feeling! That is how the Mona Lisa smile comes about.
What’s interesting is that when people smile like this, their eyes light up—their eyes smile too!
And as soon as you realize that you have stopped holding that smile, remember that feeling.
