Greetings to everyone! I want to share my experience, from which I understood that everything is controlled by energy: sound, breathing, attention, and each eye separately are simultaneously gathered in the brain. The strong one takes everything upon itself, while the weak one becomes lazy and its functions fade; this is the basis of nature. That is how amblyopia develops, followed by cataracts, which is what happened to me: at a distance of 20 meters, instead of faces I could see only spots. Previously, I followed Norbekov’s methods, Sytin’s affirmations, and so on. There was a temporary effect due to positivity, but I did not delve into the technique; I performed it mechanically and quickly, without awareness of my actions. But it needs to be done slowly. It was difficult to retrain myself: my eyes could not move slowly, and I accidentally found a technique that is important—you need to start rotating not with your eyes, but with your head while looking straight ahead at one point. This way you already control the speed, and later you will be able to do it slowly with your eyes as well. Now in detail: two days before the second September chat, powerful energies began moving from the lower back of my head upward, causing pain, with an average thickness of 2.5 mm. This was not new to me; they sometimes manifested in different areas, but I did not even remember that this area is responsible for vision—the brain had become rigid by that time. After the chat, my vision improved slightly. I became inspired and bought a vision program at the “Mahapurna” School. Things began to improve, but I dug further and visited the “Your Yoga” website’s section on vision. Following Sergey Veretennikov’s advice, I reached the spine, which for me was like a log—how could vision work if the path was blocked? I began loosening it up, and only on the 27th did the first little crack appear. Now I always start with the spine, and simple miracles have happened: my hearing has improved, my sense of smell too, and most importantly, my brain has become better able to cope with tasks. I also installed the “Flower” program, whose principle is “gazing.” I remembered that when you look through the electronic viewfinder of a digital camera, your vision improves—in other words, you gaze intently—but you cannot turn it on every time because the batteries run down. A few days ago, I had the idea of replacing the viewfinder with a kaleidoscope, so there would be no need to turn on the computer for the programs. I found these Калейдоскоп.jpg; both work. The red polka-dot one has good colors, and the other is glass with lines and a little ship. With it, you can look straight ahead, to the sides, and into the distance without looking away. The principle is: adjust your vision to the near distance, do not strain yourself, switch to another setting or change eyes, and start with the weaker one—or work only with it. Most importantly, do not forget to blink frequently and smile, and it is important to let your eyes rest—simply close them. I also noticed that when you train the weaker eye, your vision improves when looking with both eyes, while if you look with the other, slightly weaker eye, you see poorly. In other words, more energy from both eyes reaches the brain. That is what I am doing now: spine, training the weaker eye, looking with both eyes, blinking, using affirmations, and resting. I already work at the computer without glasses; if necessary, I press Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel away from me. It is better to put your glasses away immediately, because your hands will put them on by themselves. When you use crutches, your legs stop walking; the same applies to other organs. The distance between my eyes and the bridge of my nose differs by 4 mm. Nobody makes glasses like that, and the lens axes do not align with the pupils, which is why astigmatism develops. Now everything sparkles, and I am getting used to the new world! I also use the video trainers provided in this topic and videos from YouTube; choose according to your taste, and most importantly, make sure they are not too fast and contain black tones so that the eye rods can rest. It is important not to forget to blink. If you are falling asleep, let yourself slip under for a moment, then immediately return; this produces a reset and leaves you full of energy. This is a technique used by scouts: “They take a bunch of keys in their hand, sit in an armchair, and enter the initial phase of sleep. Their hands relax and the keys fall; they wake up refreshed.” It is better to change the videos occasionally, and as you develop, not always watch them to the end. The main thing is to practice what you have learned in order to consolidate it. It is better to start on weekends; during that time you will work on something, and on workdays use a short program for maintenance. On the first day I spent eight hours, because I spent a lot of time on the materials provided on the “Your Yoga” website and at the “Mahapurna” School. It is best to start specifically with Sergey Veretennikov’s website, because I may have missed something important. This is only my experience, and for work you do with your own hands, you will receive your reward. Sai Baba said, “There is nothing around you, but your hands can do everything.” Thank you, OM Shanti!

Then that doctor said: “This is what money does in medicine. Astigmatism is almost impossible to correct at all.”
I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I’m not a doctor, but I disagree with that statement.
My grandparents and my uncle had surgery more than 10 years ago—it all went perfectly, and they still see wonderfully to this day.
A close friend of mine with astigmatism had vision correction surgery in Minsk; afterward, she immediately got behind the wheel and drove. Everything has been fine for her ever since. As she says, it was the best decision of her life.
A huge number of people I know have also had this surgery. Personally, I don’t know a single person with a negative outcome. Doctors only refused some people because of possible risks.

I myself have astigmatism (complex/compound). I’m considering surgery myself (I only wear glasses for reading, but afterward my eyes feel crossed for about 10 minutes, and they also slightly distort the geometry of space—and I want to drive). Everyone is urging me to have the surgery, and I had almost made up my mind. Until I saw this thread today🙈. I’ve had doubts for many years because in 2011, after meeting the Loving Light, my vision was around 20/20 for a while (about a month), which means recovery is possible. And it seems that if you intervene surgically, it’s an irreversible process.

My daughter also has astigmatism, but she has 20/20 vision.
I’ll think about it some more now. Reading about everyone’s experiences here has made me less confident. 🙈

I’ll share my experience. I don’t recommend that anyone repeat it, but it is worth reflecting on.
I have a problem with my left eye (a blurry image and unclear vision of all objects). My right eye sees normally. Once, for reasons unrelated to my health, I decided to fast. I lasted six days. On the fifth day, my vision completely equalized—the left eye began seeing normally, just like the right one.
After I ended the fast, my vision remained normal for some time, but deteriorated again a few weeks later. Apart from invisible causes, I see one contributing factor as the fact that after such a cleansing, I failed to maintain the purity I had achieved, including in my diet. As a result, the condition returned.
I plan to improve my situation based on the conclusions I’ve drawn. We’ll see how it goes..
