Just imagine how convenient it would be if Humanity spoke one language today.

I am not some special expert in linguistics, but I can say a few things.

There are currently two types of languages on Earth.

Some languages convey sounds.
Others convey images.

For example, Chinese is the second type.

The founder of this type of language saw a bird and drew a bird. That is how the hieroglyph for “bird” appeared.

Accordingly, there are as many hieroglyphs as there are things.

Even native speakers of this type of language do not know ALL of these hieroglyphs. And there are thousands of them!!!

Basically, what I wrote in my previous post is something that has already been implemented in augmented-reality glasses (not to be confused with a VR headset).

You put on the glasses, and everything foreign is transformed into your language.

Wherever you look.

And regardless of what language someone is speaking, an immediate translation is heard in your language!

I mentioned this a long time ago in the thread about headphones at Veretennikov's School.

I tried such headphones myself (ordinary headphones, simply a new generation): the other person speaks their language, and you hear it in your language in REAL TIME.

A phone is simpler because it's free.

With the glasses, you literally forget that other languages even exist.

Only ONE language begins to exist.

And THIS IS ALREADY REALITY.

Moreover, I also mentioned this a long time ago (when it was merely news): people with disabilities (the deaf and mute) also cease to be disabled when wearing such glasses!
This is absolutely fantastic. But it is no longer news—it is ordinary reality!
