How to Develop Clairvoyance: Seeing with the Brain, Not the Eyes

People are used to thinking that they see with their eyes.

But that is not entirely true.

The eyes are only a tool.
They are like a camera lens.
But the image does not appear in the lens.

  1. The brain sees.
  2. The brain hears.
  3. The brain recognizes.
  4. Consciousness understands.

The eyes receive light.
The ears receive vibrations.
The skin receives touch.
But the whole world is assembled within us.

That is why clairvoyance begins not with the eyes.
And not with the third eye as a pretty picture on the forehead.

It begins with understanding that:

information can come directly into the mind.

Not through the eyes.
Not through the ears.
Not through smell.
Not through touch.
But directly—as knowledge, as an image, as an inner sensation, as a quiet certainty.

This is the beginning of true clairvoyance.

Not fantasy.
Not dreaminess.
Not “I thought I saw something.”
But a new channel for receiving information.

Clairvoyance Is a Query

The main mistake beginners make is that they want to “see everything.”

But clairvoyance does not work that way.

If a person wants to receive information, they must know exactly what information they are requesting.

Not in general:
“What is that?”
“What will happen?”
“Show me the truth.”

But specifically:
“What shape is on the sheet?”
“What color was chosen?”
“What is behind the screen?”
“Who is calling right now?”
“What upcoming event is connected with this person?”

The question determines the flow.

If the query is vague, a jumble arrives.
If the query is precise, an answer arrives.

Consciousness is like a flashlight beam. Whatever you direct it at is illuminated. If you shine it in every direction at once, you get not clairvoyance but an inner marketplace on carpet-sale day.

Therefore, the first rule is:

learn to ask a precise question.

Information Does Not Always Arrive as an Image

Many people think clairvoyance necessarily means a bright inner screen where everything is visible as in a movie.

But it does not have to be that way.

Sometimes a person really does see an image.
Sometimes they simply know.
Sometimes they sense a direction.
Sometimes they hear a word inside.
Sometimes they receive not a picture but a meaning.
Sometimes they understand an object’s condition but cannot immediately describe it in human words.

That is normal.

We call it “seeing,” but in fact it is something broader—the perception of information.

  1. A person can see with the brain.
  2. They can hear with the brain.
  3. They can know with the brain.

After all, ordinary vision is not just the eyes. The eye transmits a signal, and the brain assembles a world from it.

The same is true of clairvoyance: information arrives, and the brain tries to translate it into familiar forms.

If consciousness contains a ready-made image, the person will see an image.
If there is no image, they will sense qualities: size, shape, density, movement, color, condition, direction.

So do not force yourself to produce a beautiful picture.

Sometimes precise knowledge is more valuable than beautiful vision.

Why People Can Make Mistakes

Clairvoyance is often distorted not because the channel is weak, but because the person gets in their own way.

Desire gets in the way.
Fear gets in the way.
Expectation gets in the way.
Curiosity gets in the way.
Fantasy gets in the way.
The desire to be special gets in the way.

The person has not yet received the information, but has already begun inventing it.

For example, they want to see something mystical—and the brain draws something mystical for them. They want to see danger—and they receive danger. They want confirmation that they are right—and they see confirmation.

That is why clairvoyance requires inner honesty.

You must be able to tell yourself:

“I don’t know. I am only making a request.”
“I am not inventing anything. I am receiving.”
“I am not embellishing. I am checking.”

This is very important.

ChatGPT Image 7 мая 2026 г., 15_52_03.jpg

A true clairvoyant is not someone who tells beautiful stories.
They are someone who can distinguish a signal from their own fantasy.

First Training Method: Figure Cards

The simplest exercise can be done at home.

Take several small, identical sheets of paper.

Draw four simple shapes on them:

— a cross;
— a circle;
— a square;
— a triangle.

Make plenty of these cards. Shuffle them. Close your eyes. Take one card and place it in front of you.

Now do not try to see the entire sheet.
Do not think about the paper.
Do not imagine the table.
Do not guess like a schoolchild taking a test.

Ask one precise question:

“What shape is on this card?”

And calmly wait for the first clear answer.

Not the second.
Not the tenth.
Not the one you came up with afterward.
But the first quiet response.

Then write down the answer and check it.

It is important to keep statistics.

With four shapes, a random hit is approximately 25%. If you get about 25 correct answers out of 100 attempts, that is still ordinary chance. If the result gradually rises—to 35, 40, 50 or more—it means the channel is beginning to awaken.

The Veretennikov School has created many training simulators for this!
You do not need to draw anything on cards—the whole process is already built into the program.

For example:

Training Simulator: Architect of Reality
Claircognizance Simulator “Slice”
Neurotraining Simulator “Iso-Rhythm 108”—a prediction and clairvoyance simulator
And many others! Explore the Veretennikov School; there are both free options and paid ones at a symbolic cost.

And this is where real practice begins.

Do not believe blindly.
Do not deny blindly.
Observe.

Second Method: Reading with Your Eyes Closed

A more challenging exercise is reading with your eyes closed.

But its purpose must be understood correctly.

Reading with your eyes closed is not meant to make you walk around the house afterward wearing a blindfold and proudly crash into a wardrobe like an enlightened rhinoceros.

No.

Reading with ordinary eyes is faster and easier.

Closed eyes are used as a training tool.

Why reading specifically?

Because it is difficult to invent text. Either the letter matches or it does not. Either the word was read or it was not. There is less room for self-deception.

This is an excellent exercise for clairvoyance because it forces the channel to work accurately.

You can start with a large letter on a sheet of paper.

Write several letters on separate cards. Shuffle them. Close your eyes. Place one card in front of you. Ask:

“What letter is written here?”

An image appears? Good.
Knowledge arrives? Also good.
A sense of the shape flashes? That is already a beginning.

The main thing is not to fill in the gaps yourself.

The answer arrives—write it down.
Check it.
Draw a conclusion.

Third Method: The Telephone Signal

The telephone provides an excellent everyday exercise.

When the phone rings, do not immediately look at the screen.

Pause for a couple of seconds.

Ask:

“Who is calling?”
“Why are they calling?”
“What is the conversation connected with?”

Then look.

Again, it is important not to turn everything into fortune-telling. Do not torment yourself. Just practice briefly several times a day.

Over time, you may notice that a sense of the person already arises before the call. Or the topic of the conversation. Or an inner knowing: “this is business,” “this is a request,” “this is an unpleasant conversation,” “this is a pointless call.”

This is how clairvoyance enters life—not as a circus act, but as a natural additional sense.

Fourth Method: Choosing a Route

Before leaving home, you can ask:

“Which route will be easier today?”
“Where will the energy expenditure be lower?”
“Where would it be better for me to go?”

Sometimes a person suddenly chooses a different route. Not because logic suggested it, but because an inner knowing arose.

Then it turns out that the usual road has a traffic jam, a queue, an unpleasant encounter, a closed door, or an empty shop.

It will not always be spectacular. Sometimes clairvoyance helps you avoid a queue for potatoes. But that is valuable in life too. Spirituality is all very well, but standing in a forty-minute queue with an enlightened expression is questionable pleasure.

Clairvoyance should help you live.
Save energy.
Choose a clearer path.
Avoid unnecessary obstacles.
Sense your surroundings better.

Fifth Method: Tomorrow

You can train with the immediate future.

In the evening, sit quietly and ask:

“What will my day tomorrow be like?”

But do not write general phrases:

“There will be an important meeting.”
“There will be an energy of change.”
“Events may occur.”

You could write that about any day, even a lazy cat’s day.

Specifics are needed.

Try to see:

— who you will talk to;
— what your mood will be in the morning;
— whether there will be a delay;
— what kind of person will appear;
— what topic will become the main one;
— where something unexpected will happen;
— what color, object, place, or image will stand out.

Compare it with what happens the next day.

Very important: do not scold yourself for mistakes.

A mistake is not a failure.
A mistake is calibration.

You are learning. The channel gradually becomes clearer.

Clairvoyance and the Precision of the Query

There is one law:

the more precise the query, the more precise the answer.

If a person asks:
“What will happen to my life?”—consciousness may drown in an enormous field of possibilities.

If they ask:
“What is my main task tomorrow morning?”—the answer becomes closer.

If they ask:
“Should I contact this person today?”—the channel works even more precisely.

If they ask:
“What will be the outcome of this conversation?”—the field narrows.

Clairvoyance is like a beam.
The narrower the beam, the deeper it penetrates.

Space and Time

In the mystical understanding of clairvoyance, distance is not the main obstacle.

An ordinary body has to move through space.
The eyes need an object to be in front of them.
The ear needs sound to travel as a wave.

But the information channel works differently.

For it, attunement matters more than distance.

The object may be nearby.
It may be behind a wall.
It may be far away.
It may be connected with a past event.
It may be connected with a possible future.

The question is not where it is located.
The question is how precisely consciousness has attuned itself.

The information field is not like an ordinary room. There are no walls there in the usual sense. It is more like an enormous living space where everything leaves a trace.

Events pass, but the information about them does not disappear completely.

Just as a footprint in snow reveals who passed by, an event leaves an imprint in the subtle field.

The clairvoyant’s task is not to fantasize, but to direct their attention precisely to the needed trace.

Why Purity of Soul Does Not Replace Training

Many people think:

“If I become kind, radiant, and spiritual, clairvoyance will open by itself.”

No.

Purity helps.
Calmness helps.
A kind heart helps.
But they do not replace training.

Even a very pure person will not know the multiplication table if they have not learned it. You may be an angel with deer eyes, but if you have not practiced, two times two still will not arrive on golden wings.

The same applies here.

Clairvoyance is an ability.
And an ability requires training.

Not an amulet.
Not a beautiful pendant.
Not a “secret initiation in three days.”
Not a certificate stamped “third eye activated, warranty until Monday.”

Practice is needed.

Every day.
Calmly.
Precisely.
Without hysteria.
Without arrogance.
Without the desire to prove to everyone that you are special.

How Not to Lose the Channel

There is an important point.

If a person receives a subtle signal and constantly suppresses it, the channel weakens.

They feel something—but do not believe it.
They feel it again—and brush it off again.
The knowledge comes a third time—and the person says, “Nonsense.”

Gradually, the inner voice becomes quieter.

That is how everything in a person works.
What we use develops.
What we do not use falls asleep.

Muscles weaken without movement.
Memory fades without use.
Attention scatters without practice.
Clairvoyance closes without application.

Therefore, you must learn not only to receive a signal, but also to respect it.

Do not believe blindly.
But check it.
Write it down.
Compare it.
Draw conclusions.

That is how the channel becomes functional.

Moreover, do everything as a child does—playfully!
That is why practitioners at the Veretennikov School play this game: Game—Developing Clairvoyance and Business Intuition

A game is the best way to acquire any skill.

Clairvoyance Is Not for Idle Curiosity

It is very important to understand that clairvoyance should not be developed merely for idle curiosity.

Do not look where you should not look.
Do not intrude into someone else’s private life.
Do not turn the ability into spiritual peeping.

Ability and morality are different things.

A person may learn to see more. But that does not mean they should intrude everywhere they have not been invited.

A true practitioner has an inner ethic.

They ask not out of idleness, but out of necessity.
Not for power, but for understanding.
Not for control, but for the right action.
Not out of pride, but for the sake of light.

Otherwise, clairvoyance becomes not a spiritual ability but a subtle form of greed.

What Is the Purpose of Developing Clairvoyance?

The true purpose of clairvoyance is not to amaze people.

Not to bend spoons.
Not to guess cards for applause.
Not to prove to your neighbors that you are now a walking cosmic Wi-Fi antenna.

The purpose is deeper.

Clairvoyance is needed to:

— navigate life better;
— sense people;
— choose the right action;
— see hidden causes;
— conserve energy;
— understand where the way is open and where it is closed;
— distinguish truth from falsehood;
— perceive the world more broadly than through the five ordinary senses.

A person who has developed this channel lives in a broader world.

They see more than the surface.
They sense the undercurrents of events.
They notice what others miss.
They begin to understand that the world does not end with skin, eyes, and ears.

There is another space.

Subtle.
Informational.
Alive.
Quiet.
But very real for someone who has learned to enter it without fantasy or fear.

A Brief Daily Practice

You can begin like this.

Set aside 10–15 minutes every day.

Sit quietly.
Turn off unnecessary noise.
Take several slow breaths in and out.
Close your eyes.

Say inwardly:

“I am not fantasizing. I am receiving precise information.”

Then choose one simple exercise.

Today—figure cards.
Tomorrow—letters.
The day after tomorrow—telephone calls.
Then—tomorrow.
Then—choosing a route.

The main thing is not to leap straight into the great mysteries of the Universe.

First learn to see a little cross on a card.

Because if a person cannot distinguish a circle from a triangle, it is too early for them to read the chronicles of Atlantis. Atlantis can wait. It has been waiting for a very long time anyway.

The Main Takeaway

Clairvoyance is neither a fairy tale nor an ornament on the spiritual path.

It is a possible additional channel of perception.

But it requires maturity.

You need to learn to:

  1. ask precisely,
  2. listen quietly,
  3. avoid fantasizing,
  4. check,
  5. keep observing,
  6. respect the signal,
  7. not abuse the ability,
  8. and practice constantly.

A person does not see with their eyes.
The eyes merely transmit light.

True vision is born deeper.

In the brain.
In consciousness.
In that inner silence where information first touches a person.

And when this channel begins to awaken, the world becomes different.

Not because miracles suddenly appear in it.

But because a person finally notices:

the miracle was always nearby.
They were simply looking only with their eyes before.

Seeing with the Brain: The Hidden Potential of Human Perception

There is knowledge that traditional science accepts quickly.
There is knowledge it tests for decades.
And then there are phenomena that, for now, it most often shrugs off, turns away from, or says: “That cannot be.”

Снимок экрана 2026-05-08 105855.jpg

But if something does not fit into the familiar picture of the world, that does not mean it does not exist.

The human organism is far more complex than people generally think. We are accustomed to believing that we see only with our eyes. That vision is exclusively the work of the retina, the optic nerve, and the brain. But ancient spiritual traditions, mystics, yogis, healers, and researchers of unusual human abilities spoke of something else: human beings are capable of perceiving the world not only through their physical sense organs.

Sometimes this is called alternative vision.
Sometimes — skin vision.
Sometimes — seeing with the brain.
And in a deeper sense — awakening inner vision.

And this is where a very interesting field begins.

Children See More Easily

According to the observations of many practitioners, such abilities manifest most easily in children.

Especially in children up to about 12 years old. Sometimes up to 15–17. Their inner channels of perception are not yet so tightly closed. They are less constrained by adult beliefs and less burdened by fears such as “you mustn’t do that,” “that doesn’t happen,” or “that’s impossible.”

A child often does not need lengthy explanations.
It is enough to create the right conditions, put on a special opaque mask — and the child begins to perceive objects, colors, shapes, and movement.

Not always perfectly at first.
Not always clearly.
But the very fact that a child begins to distinguish something without ordinary vision makes one think.

An adult is different. They have spent too many years experiencing the world only through their physical eyes. Their brain has become accustomed to a single channel of perception. The inner mechanisms seem not to have worked for a long time; they have become covered in dust and fallen asleep.

In a child, however, this inner mechanism is not yet completely blocked.

Why It Is Harder for Adults

Adults often get in their own way.

They put on the mask — and immediately the inner noise begins:

“What if I don’t see anything?”
“What if this is nonsense?”
“What if I’m deceiving myself?”
“What if people laugh at me?”
“What if I’m just guessing?”

And that is it. The channel closes.

Inner vision does not respond well to harsh tension. It does not open through force. You cannot storm it like a fortress. It is more like a delicate string: press too hard, and the sound disappears.

An adult’s natural ability for subtle perception has often already been suppressed. But suppressed does not mean destroyed.

If a person once could see vivid images, sense colors well, easily visualize objects, had a strong imagination, experienced unusual dreams, or sensed people and spaces — there is a chance for development.

The main thing is not to break yourself, but to gradually remember.

Article by: Sergey Veretennikov

Seeing with the Brain Is Not Ordinary Vision

It is important to understand that this is not about a person “looking through the mask with their eyes.”

No.

If the mask is made correctly, no light gets through. The physical eyes receive no ordinary visual information. And yet a person may begin to perceive the shape, color, position, silhouette, or movement of an object.

This suggests that a different mechanism is coming into play.

It can be put this way: in this process, the eyes become less a receiver than an internal screen. The image seems to arise not outside, but within. The person does not look with their eyes — they perceive with their brain.

For some, this feels like an image in front of their eyes.
For others — a spot, color, or outline.
For others still — a knowing: “there is something red there,” “there is a circle there,” “there is a person there.”
For yet others — a bodily sensation: warmth, tingling, attraction, or repulsion.

Therefore, one cannot demand the same result from everyone. Each person has their own entry point into this perception.

The Third Eye and the Center of the Brain

In spiritual tradition, the area between the eyebrows is called the third-eye region. But in practice, it is not only the space between the eyebrows that matters, but a deeper center — an area inside the head, a central point in the brain associated with subtle perception.

One may speak of the pineal gland.
One may speak of the center of inner vision.
One may speak of the spiritual screen of consciousness.

The names differ, but the essence is the same: human beings have an inner organ of perception that can be awakened.

Interestingly, when working with a mask, it is important that the bridge of the nose and the area between the eyebrows not be compressed. If the mask presses too low on the bridge of the nose or covers the third-eye area, perception may worsen.

As though this center needs to “breathe.”
It does not like pressure.
It needs space.

A Mask for Training

An opaque mask is used for such experiments. It should fit snugly against the face and block out light completely.

You can use ready-made special masks, but a simple training mask can also be made yourself.

You will need sturdy plastic, such as the kind used in a folder, dark material, soft sponge around the edges to create a close fit against the face, and an elastic band for securing it.

The main requirement is complete lightproofing.

This is very easy to check: put on the mask and make sure no light gets through anywhere. If desired, use a small light source from the side: if light enters, the mask needs to be adjusted.

But it is important not to turn the practice into a struggle with the mask. The mask is not a magical object. It is merely a tool that switches off ordinary vision so that a person can begin searching for another channel of perception.

How Perception Begins

For children, this may happen almost immediately.
For adults, it is usually more gradual.

At first, a person sees not an object but a vague spot.
Then a sense of color appears.
Then an outline.
Then direction.
Then a more stable perception emerges.

Sometimes a person says:

“I don’t see it, but I feel it.”
“It’s as if there is something light there.”
“It’s as if there is something on the right.”
“As though a stripe has appeared.”
“I’m not sure, but it seems to be yellow.”

And here it is important not to laugh, apply pressure, or demand precision. In the early stages, inner vision is very fragile. It is like a sprout just breaking through the soil.

If you immediately trample it with doubts, it will not grow.

Color as Energy

One path of development is working with colors.

Each color has not only a visual quality, but also its own energetic nature. Red feels different from blue. Yellow feels different from green. White feels different from black.

For an adult, it may sometimes be easier not to “see” a color at first, but to feel it.

For example:

red may be felt as warmth, density, or pressure;
blue — as coolness, depth, or silence;
yellow — as a soft glow, activity, or movement;
green — as gentleness, balance, or a living field.

This should not be treated as a rigid scheme. Everyone may have their own sensations. But if you work with colors regularly, the brain begins to create a connection between energetic feeling and inner image.

Thus, new vision is gradually born.

A Simple Practice for Developing Inner Vision

Sit quietly.
Preferably in silence.

Close your eyes or put on an opaque mask.

First, shift your attention to your body. Feel your hands, fingers, face, and breathing. Do not hurry. Inner vision does not like haste.

Then shift your attention to the center of your head. Not superficially to the forehead, but deeper — as though there were a quiet, glowing point inside your head.

There is no need to strain. Simply keep your attention there.

Imagine that a blue-blue stream of light descends from above, from space. It enters through the crown of your head, gently bathes the center of your head, passes through your entire body, and flows downward.

This stream does not press.
It cleanses.
It attunes.
It is as if it washes the inner screen.

Sit this way for several minutes.

Then you can take a colored card or ask another person to show you an object. Do not try to look with your eyes. Listen for the first subtle sensation.

What color is it?
Where is the object?
Is it light or dark?
Round or angular?
Does it feel warm or cold?

Write down your first impressions. The very first ones. Then the mind takes over and starts arguing.

And in such practices, the mind is a great critic but a poor clairvoyant.

The Main Condition Is Regularity

If you practice once a week and completely forget about it on the other six days, the result will be weak.

Such abilities develop through steady, gentle attention.

It is better to practice a little, but often.

Five to ten minutes a day will achieve more than rare heroic attempts lasting an hour.

Inner vision is not a trick.
Not a circus act.
Not entertainment for an audience.

It is the development of the brain, consciousness, and subtle perception.

Why a Person Needs This

One might ask: why develop this kind of vision at all?

Not to amaze people.
Not to prove your unusualness to anyone.
Not to become “special.”

The true meaning is deeper.

When a person begins to see with the brain, they begin to understand that the world is larger than it seems. We live not only in dense matter. We are surrounded by fields, energies, images, vibrations, and invisible connections.

This kind of development changes one’s attitude toward oneself.
A person stops considering themselves merely a body.
They begin to feel that there is an immense hidden potential within them.

And perhaps this is only the first step.

First, a person learns to perceive color beneath a mask.
Then — the energy of an object.
Then — the state of a space.
Then — subtle signals from the body.
Then — dreams, images, premonitions, and inner guidance.

Thus begins the path toward broader consciousness.

There Is No Need to Fear the Unusual

People often fear what does not fit into the familiar.

But electricity once seemed like a miracle too.
Radio waves were invisible fantasy.
Human flight was considered impossible.
And today, all of this has become part of everyday life.

Perhaps inner vision is likewise a hidden human ability that we have yet to understand, investigate, and develop correctly.

Not everything real has already been explained.
Not everything unexplained is false.

A human being is not a closed book.
They are more like a temple in which many doors have yet to be opened.

And one of these doors leads to the ability to see not with the eyes, but with consciousness.
To see with the brain.
To see with inner light.

And perhaps one day we will understand:
the blind person was not the one who could not see with their eyes,
but the one who believed that human beings had nothing beyond their eyes.

Веретенников Сергей Веретенников Сергей , thank you for such a detailed plan for developing clairvoyance and for your explanations. I would like to use it because psychology is currently developing in this direction as well, and very successfully—the effect of the sessions is rapid and works 100% of the time. The work is based on Hellinger constellations, through which one can see the causes of psychological problems and problems in various areas of life, not only at the level of this life but also in reincarnational, ancestral, and other systems (I will not describe them), find and eliminate them, since they greatly affect one’s current life. I have undergone sessions in a similar field and realized that I need to develop more subtle sensitivity, because I saw such people among psychologists and representatives substituting for figures during the sessions. It is a very useful tool for ordinary life, helping to make it safer and reduce the pile of problems.

OM Shanti, thank you for such a detailed overview of clairvoyance. Everything matched my perception.
As for guessing the correct information without knowing the exact answer, I began practicing at the age of 15. At that time, my parents bought me physics and chemistry cards with questions, and I had to choose the correct answer. They had red and green flashing lights. That is how I learned to guess the correct answer. No one taught me. Silence, the first impulse. Gently, without tension. This method proved useful in life during exams: I would draw the questions I needed, covering material I knew better, and in various other circumstances.
What is important is to ask a clear question, as the Teacher writes.

A few days ago, something like this happened. My daughter and I were out walking, and we went separate ways, along different streets we do not usually take. But when we went downhill, a phrase flashed through my mind: “My son will be walking along this road.” A dialogue began: how was that possible? My son would be going home after training, and this road was far from us. “Three minutes later, we unexpectedly met my son.”
Similar moments happened often; sometimes I would see someone I knew. Before that, there would be a warning signal.

I started training again with cards showing shapes and letters. Yesterday’s result was quite good: five different shapes. Out of 20 attempts, I guessed incorrectly three times. I will continue practicing.
Excellent practices for developing intuition and clairvoyance.

Seeing with Closed Eyes: Awakening the Inner Channel of Perception

There are abilities that people hear about as miracles.
But sometimes a miracle is not a violation of the laws of nature, but the discovery of laws we have not yet learned to understand.

People are accustomed to living through the five senses.

The eyes show form.
The ears transmit sound.
The nose distinguishes smells.
The skin feels touch.
The tongue recognizes taste.

And it seems that this is all there is.

But there is another kind of perception—deeper and internal. It does not depend entirely on the eyes, ears, and other familiar senses. It can be called direct information perception. Or, more simply, the ability to receive information directly.

And one of the most striking manifestations of this channel is the ability to see with closed eyes.

But it is important to understand this immediately: it is not a trick.
Not entertainment.
Not a way to amaze neighbors, relatives, and random spectators.

It is much more serious than that.

It is an opportunity to show a person that their brain and consciousness possess far greater potential than they are accustomed to thinking.

People Do Not See with Their Eyes

When we say “I see,” we usually mean the eyes. But the eyes themselves understand nothing. They merely receive light and transmit the signal onward.

True vision takes place in the brain.

The brain receives data, compares it with previously accumulated images, and recognizes: this is a face, this is a tree, this is a table, this is an apple, this is a letter, this is a color.

From birth, a person accumulates a vast database of images. They learn to recognize their mother’s face, the objects around them, sounds, shapes, movements, and smells. Gradually, the world becomes understandable.

If a person is shown an object they have never seen before, they will still notice details: its shape, material, lines, light, color, and size. But they can name the object only when the corresponding image appears in their internal database.

This is how ordinary vision works.

But what if the brain is capable of receiving an image not only through the eyes?

What if the eyes are not the only door?

The Center of Direct Perception

We can imagine that a special inner center exists within a person, capable of receiving information directly. Not through the retina, not through the eardrum, not through physical contact, but directly—into consciousness.

When this center sleeps, a person is entirely dependent on the ordinary senses.

If the eyes are closed, they cannot see.
If the ears do not hear, they lose sound.
If an object is far away, it is inaccessible.
If there is a wall between the person and the object, ordinary vision is helpless.

But when the inner channel begins to work, perception changes.

Information may arrive in a different way than usual. It may appear as an image, knowledge, a sensation of color, shape, direction, or state. A person seems not to be looking with their eyes, yet still receives data.

And then closed eyes cease to be complete darkness.

They become a silence in which another organ of perception begins to speak.

Why It Is Easier for Children

For children, this process often starts more quickly.

Why?

Because a child has not yet managed to lock their brain completely inside the iron cage of “this is allowed, but that is not.”

An adult knows:
you cannot see with your eyes closed;
you cannot see through a mask;
you cannot see through a wall;
you cannot see far away.

And when they are asked to try, their own brain immediately defends the old picture of the world:

“It cannot be.”
“It is impossible.”
“That contradicts experience.”
“I’m a serious grown-up; I can’t believe in such fairy tales.”

A child lives closer to wonder. The world is not yet completely closed to them. You can tell them, “You have inner vision,” and they will not argue with evolution, a textbook, or their neighbor Uncle Kolya, who “has been through all this.”

They will simply try.

And often, it is precisely this “simply trying” that opens the door.

It is harder for an adult not because they are worse, but because they have been trained too well in impossibility.

First, they need to be taught not so much to see as to convince their brain that this kind of perception is permissible at all.

Closed Eyes as the Beginning of the Path

Seeing with closed eyes is not the final goal.

It is a door.

Through it, a person can be shown:
“Look, you can receive information in another way.”

When a person can distinguish a color, shape, object, letter, or movement while wearing a thick blindfold, their inner conviction begins to break down. The old rule “I see only with my eyes” ceases to be absolute.

And then space appears for further development.

Because if the brain can receive visual information without ordinary sight, this channel can be trained more deeply.

One can learn to perceive not only colored cards, but also the state of a situation.
Not only objects, but also the direction of an action.
Not only the outer world, but also the hidden causes of what is happening.

Why It Is Needed

The simplest answer is: so that a person becomes more accurate.

Our entire life is a constant series of choices.

Where should I go?
Whom should I talk to?
What decision should I make?
Should I sign the contract?
Should I trust this person?
Which path should I choose?
Where will there be fewer obstacles?
What is really happening right now?

Usually, the brain makes decisions based on the information provided by the senses and past experience. But the senses are limited.

The eye may fail to notice danger.
The ear may fail to hear an important signal.
Logic may fail to account for a hidden factor.
Experience may turn out to be outdated.

A person often makes mistakes not because they are stupid, but because they have incomplete information.

If the inner channel of perception begins to work, a person gains an additional source of data.

Not instead of reason.
Not instead of experience.
Not instead of ordinary attentiveness.

But alongside them.

Such a person may sense the moment more subtly, understand people better, choose actions more accurately, and conserve energy.

Sometimes this manifests simply: a person suddenly understands which route is better to take, which store to enter, whom not to start a conversation with today, or which offer not to accept.

Sometimes it is more serious: they sense that a contract is dangerous, that a meeting carries a hidden risk, or that a person says one thing while feeling something else inside.

Inner perception is not a toy. It is a way to live more attentively.

Why This Should Not Become a Circus

Any subtle ability quickly deteriorates when a person uses it for vanity.

“Look what I can do.”
“Test me.”
“I’m going to amaze everyone now.”
“I’m special.”

That is how not a spiritual path begins, but a touring show put on by a small ego with a big drum.

A genuine ability should lead to clarity, help, development, and understanding—not to a spectacle.

If a person has learned to see with closed eyes, that does not yet make them wise. It only shows that an additional channel is open within them. How they use it, however, is a question of maturity.

Inner vision without ethics can become dangerous curiosity.
Inner vision without discipline can become fantasy.
Inner vision without verification can become self-deception.

Therefore, the path should be calm, honest, and precise.

How to Develop This Within Yourself

You should not begin with grandiose tasks.

Do not immediately try to look through walls, read a newspaper on another continent, or learn the secrets of the Universe. The Universe can wait. It is very patient—it waited billions of years for us to stop confusing spirituality with an impressive pose.

Begin with small things.

1. Calm the Body

Before practicing, sit quietly.
Turn off unnecessary noise.
Close your eyes.
Take several slow breaths in and out.

The body must understand: this is not a struggle, a demonstration, or an exam. This is tuning.

If there is turmoil inside, the subtle signal will drown.

2. Formulate a Precise Request

Do not ask vaguely:
“What do I see?”
“What is there?”
“What information will come?”

Ask specifically:

“What color is the card?”
“What shape is depicted?”
“What letter is written?”
“What object is lying in front of me?”

A precise question focuses attention into a beam.

A vague question turns consciousness into a room where ten people and one parrot are all talking at once.

3. Use Cards

The simplest practice at home is to use cards with colors or shapes.

You can prepare several identical cards:

circle,
square,
triangle,
cross.

Or colored sheets:

red,
blue,
green,
yellow.

Shuffle them.
Place one in front of you.
Close your eyes or use a thick blindfold.
Ask inwardly: “What is on the card?”

Do not tense up. Do not force an answer. Do not deliberately imagine one.

Wait for the first subtle response.

It may be an image.
It may be a word.
It may be a flash of color.
It may be a sense of shape.
It may be quiet knowledge.

Write down the answer.
Check it.
Continue.

The main thing is not to do it once, but to make a series of attempts. Only then can you see where there is chance and where the channel is beginning to awaken.

4. Do Not Argue with the First Signal

Very often, the first answer comes quietly.

Then the mind intervenes:

“No, it’s probably not that.”
“What if it’s fantasy?”
“Maybe I should choose something else?”
“It seems like a square, but I’ll say circle.”

And the person loses the signal.

At the beginning of the practice, it is important to learn to notice the first clear impulse. It will not always be correct, but that is what you need to work with.

Later, you will learn to distinguish genuine perception from noise. But first, you need at least to hear what this signal sounds like.

5. Verify Rather Than Believe Blindly

In this practice, you cannot rely on inspiration alone.

Verification is necessary.

Otherwise, a person will quickly begin living in a world of their fantasies and call it clairvoyance.

The genuine path is simpler and stricter:

receive the information,
write it down,
check it,
draw a conclusion,
continue.

Mistakes are not frightening. They are necessary. The channel is tuned through mistakes.

What is more frightening is when a person makes a mistake but does not want to see it.

Inner Vision and Blind People

This method may be particularly significant for people with visual impairments. The idea is that if the brain is capable of receiving visual information not only through the eyes, damage to the eyes does not necessarily completely eliminate the possibility of perception.

But this must be discussed very carefully.

It is not a medical guarantee.
Not a promise of healing.
Not a substitute for doctors, diagnosis, or treatment.

It is a direction of practice connected with developing additional perceptual abilities. Results may vary from person to person. This is especially true for those who have been blind from birth: they may not have a familiar database of visual images, making it more difficult for the brain to recognize what comes through.

Receiving information is one thing.
Understanding exactly what you perceive is another.

If a person has no internal archive of visual images, they must learn not only to receive the signal, but also to recognize it.

This is already deeper and subtler work.

The Inner World and Restoration

There is another important aspect of direct perception.

If a person can receive information directly from the outer world, why could they not receive information from the inner world?

From their body.
From the subconscious.
From deep programs that control the condition of the organs, habits, reactions, fears, and accumulated stress.

From this perspective, the inner channel can be used not only to see external objects, but also for self-knowledge.

A person closes their eyes—and begins to look inward.

Where is the tension?
Where is the source of the pain?
What emotion is stuck?
What fear lies beneath the symptom?
What old memory is affecting the body?
What ancestral or family story is repeating itself through the person’s condition?

Here, it is important not to fall into dangerous extremes. Illnesses must be treated responsibly, with doctors, examinations, and common sense. But inner perception can help a person better understand themselves, their reactions, their stress, and their hidden causes.

Sometimes the body expresses through pain what the soul has long refused to hear.

And if a person learns to listen to themselves more deeply, they may begin to change their lifestyle, diet, sleep, attitude toward stress, inner beliefs, and emotional reactions.

Not magically—“snap your fingers and everything is gone.”
But consciously: see the cause, understand the connection, and begin the work.

Desire as the Key

To раскрыть such an ability, curiosity alone is not enough.

Desire is needed.

Not a capricious “Well, amaze me.”
Not a lazy “Make me a wizard.”
Not a consumerist “I paid, so open my third eye and wrap it with a bow.”

But a genuine inner desire:

“I want to develop.”
“I want to see more deeply.”
“I want to work on myself.”
“I am ready to train.”
“I am ready to verify.”
“I am ready to change my perception.”

Without this, an adult often gets in their own way.

Consciously, they say, “I want to.”
But deeper inside there is resistance: “No, this is impossible. It is dangerous. It violates my familiar picture of the world.”

Therefore, the first step is honesty.

Do you truly want to see more broadly?
Or do you only want the beautiful idea that you can see more broadly?

These are different things.

Why the Ability Needs to Be Activated

Direct perception can be compared to speech.

A person has a speech center. But if no one speaks to a child, if they are not encouraged to respond, and if this center is not trained, speech will not fully unfold on its own.

The same is true of inner perception.

The potential may be there.
But it must be awakened.
Encouraged to work.
Given a task.
Given practice.
Given confirmation.

The brain needs to be shown:
“Here is a new channel. It can be used. It provides information. It is safe. It is real. It can be verified.”

And then it begins to switch on.

At first timidly.
Then more confidently.
Then more accurately.

The Main Obstacle for an Adult

The main obstacle is not a lack of ability.

The main obstacle is the belief that the ability does not exist.

An adult comes to the practice with a huge amount of baggage:

“That doesn’t happen.”
“It’s impossible.”
“I’ll be deceived.”
“I won’t be able to do it.”
“I’m too old.”
“It’s only for children.”
“It’s only for the chosen few.”
“It’s not for ordinary people.”

But if a person wants to learn to play a musical instrument, they do not say, “I have never played, therefore music is impossible.” They pick up the instrument and begin learning.

The same applies to inner vision.

At first it is awkward.
Then the first sounds appear.
Then the first melodies.
Then consciousness begins to hear what was previously silence.

Conclusion

Seeing with closed eyes is not a miracle for the sake of a miracle.

It is a sign that a person is capable of perceiving the world more broadly than through the familiar senses.

The eyes are important.
The ears are important.
The body is important.

But a person is not only a body.
And the brain is not merely a machine for processing external stimuli.

Within us lies the possibility of direct perception.
An inner center of knowledge.
A subtle channel that can be awakened, trained, and purified.

But this requires:

desire,
silence,
a precise request,
practice,
verification,
patience,
honesty,
and respect for the ability.

Do not expect everything to open at once.
Do not turn it into a show.
Do not rush to become a “great clairvoyant.”

Start more simply.

Close your eyes.
Take a card.
Ask.
Listen.
Check.

And one day you may discover that the darkness behind closed eyes is not empty at all.

It is a door.

And beyond the door is not fantasy.
It is a vast, living, subtle world of information that has been beside you all this time.

You were simply looking only with your eyes.

As a child, I played a guessing game like that. One of the adults gave me the idea. I was probably about six or seven. Usually, it went like this: one person placed colored dice in front of the child or handed them over one at a time, while another recorded the children’s numbers and names and added a plus sign whenever the color of a die was guessed correctly. This game was insanely popular with the children: they would run over from all around the playground near the building and line up. The person guessing right then and there would be blindfolded with a scarf; then the die was shown and the child named its color. Then came the next die. After several dice, plus signs were added according to the number of colors guessed correctly, and the happy child would remove the blindfold and run to the end of the line to play again. The next child would quickly sit down in the vacated spot and demand that their scarf be tied faster. There was no peace or quiet for sensing the color: if someone did not answer immediately and thought for too long, everyone in line would yell, “Faster!” (because they did not want to stand in line; they wanted to guess faster). When someone guessed correctly, all the children would shout with amazement and delight, as if some miracle had happened: “They guessed it! Wow, they guessed it!” If they were wrong, everyone yelled, “No!” I remember one boy who thought for a long time because he wanted to manage to sense the color, while the line was waiting. A whole mantra from a crowd of impatient children began, consisting of one word: “Faster!” In the end, that boy forced himself to name some color just to get a plus sign, could not withstand the pressure, and ran away. What could I do? There were circumstances. I had agreed to write everything down. At that age, very few children had learned to write properly and count quickly, let alone do it while holding a sheet, without mistakes, and amid all the shouting. There was simply no one else to delegate the sheet to. I could not exactly tell everyone, “You’ve gone too far; now wait while I run after him, apologize for this behavior, and bring him back,” or, alternatively, “Keep playing, but we will stop keeping score and will not be able to find out who won today.” I understand now that I should have done exactly that. Making that decision back then was my responsibility; I would do everything possible. Could that boy have thought the same way then—taken full responsibility upon himself and said, “I will do everything possible,” then come over later and suggest playing either at the very beginning the next day, before everyone had arrived, or at the end of the game in the evening, when everyone had already gone home? Perhaps. But he probably did not live in one of the nearby buildings; apparently, his parents had gone to visit someone and brought him along. In short, he ran away, and that was that—which is a shame. Circumstances can vary, and at the same time, no one forbids us from looking for and finding opportunities or getting creative. This was one of the games that was most popular as an activity for a large number of children. We also had to obtain those dice; sometimes we had to coax them away from toddlers, praising the bear and the giraffe so they would agree to trade and give us the dice. And sometimes the toddlers did not want the toys—they wanted to get to the dice along with everyone else, did not understand the line, went straight toward the dice, simply grabbed them, and banged them while babbling, not yet having learned to speak. In short, that game became a whole story. This topic reminded me of it, and I wanted to share.

And yes, the practice suggested is wonderful: learning to sense more subtly.🌈

“I want to grow.”
“I want to see more deeply.”
“I want to work on myself.”
“I am ready to practice.”
“I am ready to check.”
“I am ready to change my perception.”✨
