Following the logic: Yogurt is practically Amrita. Yoga is the most ancient teaching in the world. Then iodine should also be something special.
And it really is special!!!
Most importantly, it is special today because 95% of people have a tremendous iodine deficiency!
People have a tremendous deficiency of REAL Yoga, real yogurt, and iodine.
Funny, isn’t it?
And look at this.
95% of people are iodine-deficient.
This is especially harmful to children.
They grow up underdeveloped. This means that many problems await them in adulthood; this underdevelopment will manifest as illnesses and poor well-being, weakness, and so on.
Moreover, it begins with the fact that pregnant women themselves do not have enough iodine, so the problems begin even earlier.
