Today I decided to measure my height.
I hadn't measured it in a long time.

Probably about 10 years.

My height was always 172 cm. So whether I measured it or not, it was always the same. At 20, 30, and 40...

But today I measured it, and it was 175 cm.

In other words, I’ve grown by 3 cm.

I’m almost 55 years old. And at this age, many people actually lose about 5 cm in height.

But I’m growing :)

I was always the shortest one at school.

I’ve finally reached a solid average height.

Why did I decide to measure it?

Because I clearly started to feel that familiar things and certain people had become shorter...

I work out very actively on the pull-up bar and parallel bars (about 5 days a week). I also regularly work out with dumbbells and kettlebells. I rarely use a barbell (and even then, not a heavy one), up to 40 kg for biceps exercises, and a little heavier for overhead lifts.
Dumbbells up to 20 kg each. Adjustable ones for different exercises.
And adjustable kettlebells (a kettlebell handle that allows weight plates to be added) up to 24 kg.

At the same time, I weigh 65 kg.

But in my youth and until around the age of 50, I weighed about 60 kg. Such a lightweight yogi :)

Considering that people who know me are constantly worriedly asking, “Do you even eat anything at all?”
Or, “Excuse me, do you even need to use the bathroom?”....

Everything I do myself, I teach others as well. There are no secrets here. Want results? Do it. Don’t want to? Don’t do it.

I’ve provided everything on the Your Yoga website and at the Veretennikov School.

And it’s all free.

Today I want to tell you about something that happened to me recently.

I suppose today is also a suitable day for this story — the five epagomenal days

I’ve had many different mystical experiences in my life. But this one is special, precisely because it was recorded by a modern device.

My phone uses fingerprint unlocking. I’ve already mentioned at the School what phone I have, but I’ll say it again for those who rarely visit my School: an MI 9T Pro.

It’s a far from modern model, although it was a flagship.

But I like it.

And its fingerprint sensor isn’t on a button, as on expensive phones, but on the screen. That means it has to be configured for your finger.

I set it up about two years ago and have been using it ever since. I literally touch the screen with my finger, and it unlocks instantly. Very convenient.

Sometime around December 2025, I received from Higher Beings energies for changing the lines of fate on my hands.

That’s more or less what it was called.

I kept slipping into sleep, then semi-sleep, then somewhere else...

Sometimes Jesus would come, sometimes Buddha, sometimes someone else.........

This lasted about 20 minutes.

I don’t remember exactly how much time had passed when I picked up the phone — probably about an hour.

And, of course, I placed my thumb on it (I use the thumb of my right hand), but nothing happened.

I just kept pressing, but the phone wouldn’t unlock.

After several attempts, the phone prompted me to enter a password or pattern.

Which I did.

I’ll say right away that at the time I didn’t connect any of this. I simply thought the phone was glitching.

Sometimes the fingerprint worked on the second or third try. Sometimes it didn’t.

It would be impossible to say that I use my phone often.

So it didn’t bother me much.

I repeat: at the time, I didn’t connect these events at all.

But when I needed to receive something via a barcode, say from OZON, these struggles to open the phone started to become annoying.

As you can imagine, I lived like that for about three months :)

After a while, jokingly, I started thinking that the Higher Beings had damaged my phone )))

But a few days ago I went into the phone settings, deleted the old fingerprint settings, and went through the process of creating a new one.

I wa-a-a-s in sh-o-o-o-o-ck :)

After that, the phone once again started unlocking instantly, just as before.

I’m being completely serious: I don’t know what it was.

I’m simply describing what happened.

Why didn’t I go through the process of deleting the old fingerprint earlier?

Because there are lots of apps where you have to register the new fingerprint again, and you know, I didn’t really want to do that...

So I thought I’d just leave things as they were, and maybe nothing would change; perhaps I’d buy a new phone...

That’s the story.

There’s no doubt that this was a scientifically recorded case. In other words, although a phone is already an everyday household device, it is packed with modern technology.

So we can say for certain that something was recorded by a device.

I know phones and computers very well.

Both the hardware and the software.

So the possibility that I had been doing something incorrectly for all three months and then suddenly started doing it correctly can be ruled out immediately.

I don’t just address all devices familiarly, but I’m also a programmer. And I’m always at the forefront — for example, I’ve created numerous programs for VR....

Starting sometime around 2008, some users of the Your Yoga website began writing to me that, in fact, no such person as Sergey Veretennikov exists, but rather there is a huge group of people hiding behind that name.
Because it would be impossible for one person to do all this.

Well, maybe I don't exist either—who knows :)

Today, the nonexistent one took a photo:
