The meditation seems to be powerful.
I had a very vivid and spontaneous experience from this practice.
Here’s what happened.
It was December 2025. At that point, I had owned this
meditation for a couple of days and had been practicing it a little.
Then, while listening to the practice, I
dozed off.
I dreamed of a beautiful scene: a summer morning, a cloudless sky, and me sitting in a meadow,
with a dense forest behind me, where wild animals were playing at the edge of the woods.
In short, it was an indescribable idyll. And suddenly, through the dream, I realized
that something was beginning to happen.
Something grandiose. At that moment, I somehow saw another scene through the dream:
a luminous object on a planetary scale, hovering above the apartment building
where I live.
I tried to generate something similar using a neural network, and it turned out vaguely similar.
This luminous object resembled the sun and was slowly approaching.
At that point, I was in a conscious state—that is, if it was a dream, it was a lucid one
(
or whatever the correct term is).
As the object approached, I felt that I was beginning to drown in an ocean of light;
the light seemed to grow denser and denser. At some point, I felt that I couldn’t breathe.
I panicked and tried to break free and run away.
With an incredible effort of will, I managed to stand up, but what surprised me was the absence of my usual physical weight!
Subconsciously, I realized that I had stood up without my body, while it was lying there behind me
and might not have been breathing!
At that moment, you could say I completely lost it.
Then I mechanically took a step backward and fell backward.
After that, I woke up instantly.
That was my experience.
For some time, for obvious reasons, I didn’t return to this meditation
After two or three weeks, I tried it again, but overall everything went much more peacefully ))
