Something pleasant and peaceful takes hold during the meditation and carries me away without any resistance, bringing complete relaxation.
The music is amazing. Under its influence, images arose in my mind: a view from space of the Earth flying through the void. Sometimes I watched from space, and sometimes from the Earth, standing in a meadow and looking at the sky and clouds. A very pleasant meditation and music.
I noticed a sense of lightness in myself during the visualization; it is so easy and free to move consciousness anywhere, as though I had always known how and where to go.
Under the guidance of a wonderful Master, anything is possible. The UN course is directly involved in this. Thank you!

Thank you! I experienced an interesting effect during the meditation. First, a slight vibration began in my body, and then clear images appeared, and I began doing work on the subtle plane. Apparently, I was completing some unfinished work of my own. It turned out to be not so much a meditation as a practice for me.

I noticed a lightness in myself during visualization; it is so easy and free to move my consciousness anywhere, as though I had always known how and where.
Under the guidance of a wonderful Master, anything is possible. The OM Network course has played a direct part in this. Thank you!

I had a similar effect from this meditation too! It pleasantly surprised me.
