Feedback on the second Alpha Session, 02/02/26
This time, the session felt different from the first one. My consciousness was very clear, I did not feel sleepy, and it was easy to observe the processes in my body. I immediately felt the energy enter the crown of my head, but it was very gentle and careful. My legs filled along their entire length right away, but I did not feel any interesting processes there.
The most interesting part began with the solar plexus. There was a kind of flash, as if something had switched on, and I felt the chakra as a brightly glowing point (this was very surprising for me because previously it had never been expressed so concentrically; rather, I felt the chakras as certain areas resembling blurred spheres). A few seconds later, the same kind of point lit up in the heart chakra (I was delighted: at last I had identified its exact location, since different sources show different places, and although I had intuitively correctly determined where my Anahata was, during the session I became completely certain). After another interval of several seconds, a point lit up in the throat (this was a surprise—the point was right under the chin, with an echo inside the skull, whereas I thought it would be lower, in the hollow of the throat). A few seconds later, the area between the eyebrows and the forehead joined in—Ajna reacted. Then everything formed a loop at the crown. For the rest of the session, all the upper chakras, starting with the solar plexus, continued glowing like little lanterns and seemed to merge into a single system. For the first time, I felt like a computer hologram in which the necessary points had been switched on and connected to one another! At the same time, my consciousness remained clear: I could observe it from the outside, as it were, and feel it from within simultaneously. An amazing sensation!
I remember thinking, “I wonder how my subconscious will react to all this? Maybe I’ll have some meaningful dream?”
I did indeed have a dream toward morning. In it, it was shown that I—the Soul—was interacting with the Higher (senior) parts of my consciousness. And I had the feeling that the first Alpha Session had done a good cleansing, while this time there was recharging and filling with White energies. After that, however, we all sat down together in front of the television, watched some kind of newsreel (but I knew that, for me, it related to the future), and actively discussed it among ourselves. But I do not remember how it ended—I was transferred into another dream.
When I woke up, I realized that this discussion in front of the television had been that very harmonization of the Zodiac (including destiny) announced as the theme of the Alpha Session. And through this discussion, the Higher parts of my consciousness showed that the adjustment had occurred through a conscious re-examination of the course of destiny and the coordination of all the changes among themselves.
Even in the dream, I felt that it was important, and I automatically took the resource from it. But I was unable to feel the response in my body because I sank deeper into sleep and moved into another dream.
I am grateful to all the Higher Beings and to the highly respected Teacher for such an effective Alpha Session!

And the next morning, suddenly, quite out of nowhere, I began experiencing such a cleansing in the form of respiratory symptoms that I thought I had become ill, although I had felt well the day before and had even decided to use Ayurvedic remedies to treat a cold. But I got caught up in household chores, and an hour or an hour and a half later suddenly realized that I no longer had any cold symptoms, as if they had never been there at all! Apparently, during the Alpha session I underwent both an adjustment and the necessary additional cleansing in this way.
