Unfortunately, such people appear every time, trying to pay at the very last possible moment and then making a huge number of complaints and asking numerous questions. In other words, they rush in without being ready to read the instructions or check their email. The team then has to resolve everything urgently with each person individually. And there may still be complaints: “I missed everything; it’s your fault.”
That is why an announcement and reminders are posted everywhere, registration closes well before the event begins, and further reminders and mailings are sent asking everyone to read the instructions and register. Otherwise, major chaos can arise, since far from all participants organize themselves well and calmly follow all the instructions carefully.

Imagine there are around a hundred participants. And let’s suppose that 20–30 of them simultaneously start asking at the last minute for additional payment options, then spend a long time figuring out how to pay, then cannot find the email and demand that we urgently deal with ensuring that they personally receive individual attention and that their personal issues with money, time, and technical skills are resolved. The Academy team would have to go through all these explanations and clarifications with each person and provide individual attention on the eve of the event. And then there are questions about how to pay, how to register, how to find information about participation, and how to find the login link in that information—all these questions are unfortunately asked even when announcements, instructions, and reminders are already available everywhere. At the same time, these same 20–30 people are in a hurry, need everything urgently, and add demands and complaints that everything is wrong and that no one has taken care of them. As if they were small children.
