With this collection, I am finishing the conversion of the Flash programs from the Your Yoga website and transferring them into a “for computer” format.
As a result of Flash being removed from all browsers at Google’s initiative, the work of millions of websites using Flash was destroyed.
Nevertheless, this unfavorable event prompted me to take up these programs, improve them, and make them available in the much-desired offline format (for computers).
This final collection is unusual. It mainly contains small programs from across the website, but they are often useful.
For example, it includes all the programs needed for the practice — Development of the Right Hemisphere of the Brain — HERE. Without these programs, this practice is incomplete. The programs for the right hemisphere have file names such as: right_brain1, right_brain2, etc. They are in the ZIP archive you will download.
ZIP is already included in Windows by default; it is a very common archive format. If you cannot open the ZIP archive, simply install any archive extractor. For example — HERE.
What else is included in this collection?
Work with the chakras. These are the files: chakra1, chakra2, etc.
Work with the Third Eye and much more.
Be sure to install Flash Player; instructions:
First of all, I created a video that demonstrates everything clearly:
You will unpack an archive containing all the programs. It will contain a folder called "youryoga.ru". Everything is located there.
The programs that launch with a mouse click are located in the "MORE PROGRAMS" folder.
For the other programs, the launch procedure is a little more complicated. First, you need to open the program by clicking the "index.exe" file. Then open any program within this program. Details are provided in the video above.
Previous collections can be found HERE.
What do you get? You will be able to download the programs to your computer and use them on your computer.
File extensions: .EXE .SWF
No installation required.
Works on the Windows operating system, but may work on anyOS and devices (tablet, smartphone) when installing an additional program (more details at the link below).
Be sure to read the explanations for all my computer programs — HERE.
Be sure to check first that the test version of this program works — HERE.
