If you cannot transfer the file containing your voice recording to your computer, simply play the recording on your phone. Even while wearing headphones for the programs, you will hear the sound from your phone and will still hear both recordings — your voice and the program’s sound. This is an option for those who are not very familiar with computers.
Required listen with headphones, as the program contains binaural music.
Recommended usage: once a day is sufficient, or in the morning and evening.

For example, with MAS, you work with the phrase “I am healing completely; I am a healthy person!”, while other programs can make it more specific, for example: “All my joints are healing; my joints are returning to perfect health...” such as in the program Neuro-Linguistic Self-Coding (NLSC) or Dynamic Affirmations
