As you can see, the Summer Solstice is approaching. And now I am publishing this special guided meditation.
I announced it here: Announcement - ANNOUNCEMENTS of the "Mahapurna" School.
I talk a lot about cats, for example here: Robert Monroe. The Continuation
What are cats?
They belong to the cat family, like lions and tigers. In ancient Vedic paintings, the Higher Gods are depicted in their company—for example, Mother Durga with a tiger-lion, Shiva meditating on a special lion skin, and so on.
In Egypt, they were revered on a par with the Gods, as guides to higher vibrations.
This audio contains many sound technologies: binaural beats for alpha brain waves and isochronic tones, which are as natural and familiar to our physical perception as possible.
You will hear a cat purring in one ear and a female cat in the other.
The entire meditation is a 3D meditation; you will feel as though you are inside the events taking place, as if you were inside a film.
This is a special type of meditation with maximum immersion. They are difficult to create, but the effect is worth it.
As soon as you put on your headphones, you find yourself in a different setting: in the aura of a village where time stops—or does not exist—and a grandmother tells incredible stories...
This is especially valuable in our time of stress and anxiety. You simply put on your headphones—and suddenly you are already somewhere else. In a village cottage. With Grandma. With cats and kittens. And your soul feels g-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-d... Simply wonderful, just like in childhood.
No worries, no cares.
I noticed that you prefer shorter meditation formats. That’s why this meditation is just the right length to use quickly. Only 17 minutes. And you have already shifted your brainwaves to positive and calm ones.
I’m sure you’ll listen to this meditation often. Even though I created it, I’ve already listened to it about ten times since finishing it. Although when you create things like this, you listen to all its different elements about a hundred times during the process.
Simply a good product. You’ll like it.
Listen to the meditation:
AI voice (although it’s already difficult to distinguish it from a human voice—even the breathing is AI). The cats are real
Now I’ll tell you about the isochronic sounds I mentioned. I’ve been telling you about binaural sounds since 2005 on the Your Yoga website, but I haven’t mentioned isochronic sounds much.
Isochronic tones are periodically repeating sound impulses delivered at a precise frequency — for example, 7 times per second (7 Hz), 1.5 times per second (1.5 Hz), and so on. This is what produces the effect of bringing brain waves to the required frequency: 7 hertz, 1.5 hertz, etc.
The isochronic sound closest to us is the beat of our pulse, which we hear when we exercise.
But it can be any rhythmic sound. The sound of a drum, for example.
How does it work?
The brain naturally strives to synchronize with external rhythms.
This phenomenon is called "entrainment" (the brain’s involvement in a rhythm).
When we hear a repeating sound, brain waves begin to follow this rhythm.
Example:
However, in this meditation, you need to listen with headphones, since I combine the entire arsenal of technologies.
This kind of meditation is the deepest, and I will continue making it.
I can even say that they activate our own VR (Virtual Reality)—that is, our own virtual reality, without an augmented- or virtual-reality headset. After all, our brain has always been, is, and will remain the tool that no additional modern device will ever surpass.
You just need to know how to use it—including modern technologies.

When we hear a repeating sound, brain waves begin to follow this rhythm.
Example:
- Isochronic impulses at 7 Hz → theta waves become active in the brain (meditation, insights)
- At 8–12 Hz → the brain enters alpha state (relaxation, flow)
- At 1–4 Hz → delta state (sleep, recovery)
